“We accidentally ordered the wrong color paint for a remodel job and did it in a large quantity (30 gallons). Dylan worked and worked on figuring out a way to use the same base and save us literally hundreds of dollars. I know sherwin williams is an international company but dylan treated us like we were his neighbors. Thanks.”

“This was our first time buying Sherwin Williams paint or any brand paint at a stand alone paint store so we were apprehensive. We assumed the SW staff would be impatient with us because we are not paint professionals or contractors, which we assumed the staff is used to serving. Instead, as elderly DIYers, we were welcomed and treated very professionally by Wesley (Assistant Manager) and his colleague. His sense of humor also put us at ease. We knew what color paint we wanted but Wesley answered all other questions about multiple SW products and helped us make the appropriate selection of primer without making us feel stupid. He gave us his business card for future reference. By the time we left, he made us feel like we were the paint pros. Would not hesitate to return or to refer Wesley and his team to others.”

“OTR drivers - It can be a little tight for backing. If you’re able to, use the space in the lot under the trees to either off set or straight back for Dock 1-4. 5-6 are real tight because of the car park area. Was loaded up and out in about 30-45 mins. Crew was nice.”

“My computer repair and IT services shop is just on the next block over on Waltham avenue and I run over here to Pine Castle hardware all the time for whatever random part that I may need to fix something at my office and they always seem to have whatever it is I need amazingly enough for not being some big huge hardware store like Home Depot. I like that I can walk in and someone will always greet you and help you find whatever it is you're looking for so you don't have to spend five times as much time finding what you want. This is the way all stores used to be, until we lost our way, now there's not many like this anymore.”

Ethan helped find me a cleaning item and Frank made my day by making funny jokes. He also gave me tips on some things which I will be using in the future! Samantha was a sweet and bubbly cashier that definitely made you walk out the door smiling! Next time I’m back in town I am DEFINITELY coming back to this Ace!”
