“Great experience! They were super patient and accommodating with last minute changes to our appointment. The staff are all friendly, bilingual, and clearly experienced/educated. They took perfect care of our malamute, who can be a little sensitive with grooming and came in quite shaggy and tangled, but left looking like a completely different dog (in a good way! like a fresh puppy). Gabriel did a great job with him. Highly recommend them.”

“I've only been here a few times but the staff have always been nice and they have a pretty good selection. What I like about this place the most is that they always seem to have deals on their dog toys which is convenient because dog toys can get expensive.”
“My cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes and I have to feed him a special "prescription food". I bought the first bag from my vet, but they were out this time so I decided to get it from a pet store. I was glad to see they had it in stock (unlike their nearby competitor) and it was at a better price than the vet charged. The employees were friendly and helpful and I was able to get in and out quickly.”

“Absolutely amazed at the pleasant visit we had when my dog was bit by another dog. Staff was professional, kind, compassionate, and just overall a pleasure to see at the front desk. Doctors and vet techs were equally amazing. They treated myself and my dog with compassion and understanding. I am certainly happy with the decision I made to go to them when my dog was injured and I cannot wait to get my other babies seen here! Awesome!

“This is a nicely organized, clean store. We don't live in the area but needed a gift for a new puppy. The clerk was friendly and helpful.
Be aware that if purchasing a gift item, the recipient needs a store account for an exchange or refund. Unsure whether our recipient did, we went with a gift cert instead. That was our intention, but had hoped to get something cute/ special
One suggestion to the buyers. Lose the shelf space you have for GAP branded products and add more Ts and wearables for chilly days and nights. Hats would be nice too.
This must be a popular store: pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon. I believe there are rewards for reoccurring purchases so that's nice. I'd give 5 stars except for the gift return policy.”

“Our experience with Goldendoodles by Aggie was wonderful! We are from Syracuse NY. I had contacted Aggie and told her what kind of dog I was looking for. She sent me a picture right away with the perfect puppy for us! We kept in contact with her on our trip down. We picked her up yesterday! I was so happy to see that all the puppies were treated like family in their home. Every single puppy and grown pup that they have are sweet as can be! And very well behaved. Aggie is just wonderful. You can tell she loves them all! She is so helpful and generous. I can’t say good enough things about our experience!”
