looking for a fish aquarium and had a really great experience. The guy who helped me first was awesome he was super knowledgeable honest and gave me fantastic advice on all the options. He really took the time to explain everything.
Then when I started looking at chameleons the woman who helped me was amazing. She was so kind and patient answering every single question and doubt I had. She made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable.
The entire staff was made up of such kind helpful people. Its an amazing place with great employees who clearly care. I highly recommend this location especially if youre in the Orlando area. Thanks so much to both of them and the whole team”

“Connie the dog groomer is a cut above. I have 2 Doodles that can be difficult to groom. I have always taken them to Pet Smart at while satisfied with the outcomes, my dog was usually there for 5-7 hours and the cost with tip was north of 150-175.
I was referred to Connie by a friend at the Pet Supermarket on Michigan Ave, and I could not be happier. First, Connie texts and is very responsive. Secondly, there aren’t 8 dog tables with 8 other dogs being groomed when I bring my dog in. It is a calm clean and inviting setting that makes the hand off relaxing and not over stimulating for the dog. She took just over 2 hours for a full groom- 5 hours less than Petsmart. And above all else my dog was absolutely beautiful and appeared to be very relaxed and comfortable during the groom. The price was 75.00 making it a super value for such a high quality groom. Connie is all around a master in her profession, is very friendly and knowledgeable and provides an exceptional experience for dog and owner and at an exceptional price. I can’t recommend her enough.”

“I have to say, this store has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! My husband and I were in a rush to get our girl, Lilo, groomed, and they truly went above and beyond for us. They were able to squeeze us in and make what felt impossible happen.
The entire staff and our groomer were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The store itself is absolutely adorable, and Lilo came out looking beautiful and so happy!

“This place sells fresh Nutrena Naturewise feed milled in Kissimmee. They have never been sold out of All Flock.
I also buy coastal hay here to use for bedding. They will sell you a big plastic bag to put the bale in if you have a car since hay and straw is like glitter on fabric upholstery. Keep the bag for next time.”

He came out smelling amazing, and honestly, I don’t think he’s ever looked better. I’m thrilled to have found groomers who really get him. This is definitely our go-to spot from now on. “PetCo is my dog's favorite place to go. We visited this PetCo store for many years while I had my dog Zoe (for 15+ years). Zoe recently passed away leaving me devastated and heartbroken. But we had many visits and fond memories going to her favorite PetCo for her food, (and the cats food and supplies), special treats, new collars and leashes, etc. Zoe even had her initial puppy training at this PetCo location when I first adopted her.
Zoe, an Eskimo Spitz, was very fluffy and regularly groomed at the adjoining spa where she always received great care.
This past recent visit was a little difficult as entering the store brought tears. I am now fostering a smaller dog who needs some attention, PetCo's nutritious food, training treats, and a new harness.
The staff has always been accommodating and friendly. My new little foster dog Lola will be back for dog training lessons soon.”
