“I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had with the grooming staff. From the young man who checked us in and took the time to patiently help us confirm our pups shots were up to date to the wonderful young lady (Alayna) who took such good care of our pup and gave her the best grooming experience she’s ever had. “Pros: Last minute appt availability. (scheduled day before). Receptionist I dealt with was very sweet. And the vets handled my cat with care, compassion and were super informative. They were upfront with pricing and there were no bait and switch tactics. Cons: Upon checkout, during a shift change, I couldn't help but notice the staff member coming off of break looking like she'd rather be anywhere else but at work. Weird vibes for sure especially when they are a customer facing position. She must be the one everyone's complaining about. As a manager myself, YOUR manager should be ashamed of keeping such people in their team. Especially after months of complaints.”
