“5 Paws Hotel is the Best place for boarding or day care✨in Kissimmee. I have been a customer for years and all my furry babies are being here for boarding and grooming. If I don’t bring my cat “Lucy” at least 2 days a week here he is not happy, (grumpy all day at home) He loves the attention that he receives at the spa & office. He enjoys being around all the crew there? and for me is a peace of mind that he enjoys to be over there. I think he feels too lonely at home and over here at 5Paws Hotel he feels like the King and only one Sir June Lucyfer (Lucy) ????❤️?? So I fully recommend them!! 1000%”

“I've only been here a few times but the staff have always been nice and they have a pretty good selection. What I like about this place the most is that they always seem to have deals on their dog toys which is convenient because dog toys can get expensive.”

“We have been taking our 12 yr old pit mix here for almost two years and we are always happy with our experience. Alexis is our favorite vet tech. Our boy absolutely loves her and even if she’s not a vet tech, she always takes the time to come visit him and catch up with us. Dr. Soto, Mariah and Brandon have also been amazing. We have never felt taken advantage of or pressured here like we have at other Veterinary offices.”

“I had a great experience thanks to Bob and the cashier! Bob took the time to tell me about AutoShip after I mentioned I’m always stuck in traffic trying to get dog food. He explained how it would save me both time and money, which was really helpful. The cashier was also very knowledgeable and helped add the AutoShip item to my cart so I could easily complete everything at home later. They were both friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Excellent customer service all around!”
