“This place was a life saver! Originally went to the emergency vet and they were closed and boy am I glad because I stumbled upon this group of amazing people. They were appointment only however It just so happened a new patient never showed up so I was able to get the appointment....talk about luck. My baby had a very swollen paw, a fever and hadn't ate in 36 hours. The staff and Dr were amazing. The staff was sweet and caring with my girl and the Dr was very informative and gave me options based on cost. I thought that was amazing and the time she took to explain everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns. We even came up with a plan for her skin irritation. The topper was the Dr herself called me the same evening to check on my girl! Needless to say I found my new Vet! Thank you Osceola Animal Clinic for a great and very welcoming experience.”

“Visited Flora Family Vet for the second time and I am very satisfied. Due to my work schedule it is very difficult to make appointments during the week. Luckily, Dr. Lima had availability on a Saturday to see my two senior pets (13 and 17) who need a lot of love and attention. The front desk and techs were very friendly and personable. The office is clean and spacious. Dr. Lima was very thorough, confident and had excellent bedside manner. He spent a lot of time explaining what was going on specifically and made sure all our questions were answered. Him and his staff even took the time to follow up days after the visit. All estimates were presented prior to doing anything which allowed us to make the best choice for our pets at the time. Very happy to have found Dr. Lima as we care for our pets in their final years!”

“I have been with them for a few years. I know them when I had an emergency with my dog, ripping out, her nails coming out of her cage, and they were very good with my pet who has passed away, and they also help me with putting her down due to a massive cancer, they know my pets by name they know us by name they treat our pets very well. The staff is awesome the doctors very awesome I just love it you could email them they will respond. They're very responsive, very attentive and I believe that is worth more than anything in the world especially when we have Fur babies we love as kids. And as soon as we call them for any questions, they're very patient with us in you have to experience their service they are awesome. Are used to go to a supposedly cheaper VET in the area very known and their service was not that great specially when they were just tell you whatever you wanted to hear or anything like that but here they will tell you the truth they will talk to you straight on.”

“Pros: Last minute appt availability. (scheduled day before). Receptionist I dealt with was very sweet. And the vets handled my cat with care, compassion and were super informative. They were upfront with pricing and there were no bait and switch tactics. Cons: Upon checkout, during a shift change, I couldn't help but notice the staff member coming off of break looking like she'd rather be anywhere else but at work. Weird vibes for sure especially when they are a customer facing position. She must be the one everyone's complaining about. As a manager myself, YOUR manager should be ashamed of keeping such people in their team. Especially after months of complaints.”

“I thought it was a very good place, and the doctor who treated my dog was super attentive and good, it's just that the place lacks a little hygiene, I know it's a pet place, but for the same reason they should have staff cleaning and disinfecting all the time, since diseases can be passed from one puppy to another due to lack of cleanliness, everything was very full of hair everywhere that you can see that they had not been vacuumed for days and poop on top of a seat and on the floor That was my experience, greetings”
