Ritter Orchids offers a plentiful selection of orchids and other plants, providing customers with a wide variety of species to add to their collections. The greenhouse is packed, making navigation a bit tedious, but the employees are eager to assist, despite a language barrier. Prices are generally reasonable, though they could be improved. While the business has faced some challenges, such as storm damage, the owners and staff work hard to maintain a pleasant shopping experience. Overall, Ritter Orchids is a great place for orchid enthusiasts to find the plants they've been searching for, with a friendly, family-owned atmosphere.

I ordered an orchid from Ritter on etsy, and unfortunately the orchid arrived with heat damage, due to the recent heat waves. They refunded my purchase, without issue. I look forward to trying again when the weather is more accommodating.
