“After going to Walmart to find a computer cable they showed in stock online and didn't have it. I Googled it and Ace came up. I called and spoke to Melissa and she looked it up and said they had it. I immediately dove there and she had it waiting for me. So nice to get real customer service. Happy to spend my money here and not Walmart.”

“Maria helped me in when I really needed to find new bolts and fasteners and took the time even though it wasn't her department. She went above and beyond for me and derves a pay raise! What seemed impossible to find she made super simple and took the time to make sure the bolts and fasteners matched my original and would work at the same length even though they didn't carry the correct length. She was extremely kind and helpful. Excellent customer service skills and knowledgeable ! Great lowes to visit and she made the experience easy. Highly recommend”
“Im really thankful for Daniel at I think lumber department or Lowe’s over all. He was very helpful and condescending. I was about to leave the store when I got another option to do one of my projects were supposed to be done today. The MOD B was helping too. I don’t know if I’m coming back to this store. A cutting machine is been out for 2 weeks now. And I could not access the lumber I needed. It was block since 10 am apparently for an event.”
“Home Depot have built an iconic brand by being a hardware store on steroids. If you need something, odds are Home Depot will have it. The store, as all Home Depots are, is huge. Within those walls has everything for your home projects. The staff is helpful and professional and are able to assist you. All in all, I give it four stars.”
“On February 16th, I visited the store to purchase flooring materials. The associate in that department instructed us to wait, as he did not return to assist. Consequently, we decided to notify a manager for further assistance. We informed Ron, the store manager on duty, that we had been advised to wait despite the store not being busy.
