“Came in to get plumbers putty to install a garbage disposal. Helpfully took me right to the product and pointed me to a putty knife that was on sale. Both workers I talked to were very nice and friendly. They wished me luck with my project and it helped me feel calm. “Trust me on this !!! My first impression about this place. I was looking for a Crafsman garden tools that other mayor retailer also sell with a huge price difference. So while I was saving some money I received the online order very quick. The location of this place is easy to find, they open early, there is plenty of parking spaces and the costumer service at the front desk is great. Picking up easy breeze and I was going home in no time. But... as soon as I tried to charge the two batteries... one of them nothing, not charging...completely dead. I called the store and spoke with Joshua who was friendly and professional and told me to call next day to check with the store manager. Everything is ok, the manager was gentle and very professional and the retur was successful.”

“On February 16th, I visited the store to purchase flooring materials. The associate in that department instructed us to wait, as he did not return to assist. Consequently, we decided to notify a manager for further assistance. We informed Ron, the store manager on duty, that we had been advised to wait despite the store not being busy. Ron and Glory responded promptly and effectively addressed our customer service needs by providing excellent assistance.”
