Ross Dress for Less is a popular retail store known for its wide variety of products, including clothing, home goods, accessories, and kitchen items. Customers appreciate the selection of unique merchandise, often feeling that the staff has a good eye for quality items. Many shoppers enjoy finding great deals on everyday essentials, particularly food items and household goods.
However, some reviews mention that the store can be messy at times, and the checkout lines can be long due to limited cashiers on duty, which can be frustrating for customers. Despite this, there are positive remarks about the friendly and professional staff, with one cashier receiving special recognition for her outstanding service during a busy time.
While most shoppers find the prices reasonable, some believe certain furniture items are still too expensive. Overall, Ross Dress for Less is seen as a good place to explore and shop for various needs, although improvements in staffing and store organization could enhance the overall shopping experience. The store also offers ample parking, making it accessible for visitors.
