I was annoyed though because they left a security tag and when I drove back to remove it bought some shoes. Well ended up with 2 of the same side so we had to drive back again. So check your items before you leave the parking lot. I wasted a lot of time and gas.”

“I've gone to this dds around december and the store was in shambles everything was run down the employees looked burned out and the managers looked tired and were unhelpful so i switched locations and i had to pick up new shoes for work and this was the only store i could go too i finally went back and the store and things change drastically the store looked cleaner the the employee were greeting me as soon as i walked in and i got offered helped by one of the manager barry i believe i'm not sure but the store looks sm better and this will be my new go to location.”

“Isabel is AMAZING! I went in to do an exchange because the other Lane Bryant I went to measured me and sent me on my way to look for bras by myself, and I ended up getting bras that were way too big. Isabel took the time to help me find my size and replace all of my oversized bras. Every time I tried one on she helped me look to see if it was the right size. Bra shopping can be tedious and stressful but she made me feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. This store has the best customer service I’ve seen anywhere. I will definitely come back to shop here again!”
