“So I spent all day calling junk yards this was the only place that had the right engine from my truck I drove 2 hours that morning I read all the comments and it spooked me big time but I went for it I get there the owner helped me stopped what he was doing to pull a motor out of the truck for me after we got it started and running it was a totally great experience the people were cool I think all these comments are just it's all about decisions you chose to buy the motor you should investigated more you should have made sure it ran before you bought it it's just common sense I have zero complaints pretty cool place”

I was trying to get a tow from another company (recommended by my dealer) but they weren't able to get a truck out to me and recommend Magic Tow as someone THEY trusted. They said they'd have someone out to me in about an hour and arrived at my house within 45 minutes.I have a Prius that won't start, and couldn't even be shifted out of neutral. Matthew (tow truck driver) was able to pick it up from my driveway and get it onto the truck with no problems. I asked him how long he'd been driving a tow truck and he said ten years. That experience really showed in how well he handled what I was afraid was going to be a very difficult situation.Car arrived at the dealer with no problems, car in great shape. Harassed me and sent out an unmarked tow truck the same night after the police forced them to release my car. *If you believe your vehicle was wrongfully towed by this company, please DON'T PAY THEM! Go to the Orange County Courthouse and ask to post a bond for your car and they will open a civil county lawsuit against them!!*”
