“Highly recommended, more than 5 stars! I had an excellent experience at Hondanis Auto Repairs. From the moment I walked in, Magy in the main office was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The mechanic is very experienced, and you can tell they really care about doing the job right. It's hard to find a mechanic shop that's both honest and efficient, but Hondanis delivers on both counts. They helped me without an appointment, changing my battery, alternator, and oil in no time while I waited in their waiting area. I highly recommend Hondanis Auto Repairs, and a big thank you to Magy and John for the excellent customer service!”

“I cannot recommend Cool Runnings Towing enough! After another towing company charged me $500 just to tow my vehicle about 3 miles down the road, I was hesitant about calling another towing service. Thankfully, Cool Runnings Towing completely changed my experience. From the moment I called, their customer service was exceptional. They responded quickly, arrived exactly when they said they would, and handled my vehicle with the utmost care and professionalism. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and worry-free. What stood out the most was their honesty and fair pricing. There were no hidden fees or surprises just reliable, professional service from people who genuinely care about their customers. It's hard to find a towing company you can truly trust, but Cool Runnings Towing exceeded all of my expectations. If you ever need a tow or roadside assistance, I highly recommend giving them a call. They've earned my business for life!”

“I purchased my Buick Envista and 3 weeks later someone hit us causing damage to the passenger side. We opted to take our car here since we purchased it from Orange. Best decision ever, we didn't have to do anything except drop off the car, Rob kept us informed about the repairs and then we picked it up. No interaction with the insurance company as Rob handled everything for us. We recommend them for your repair needs. Excellent customer service, professional staff and quality work!”

“If I could rate the service, I received higher than a 5 I would absolutely do it!! I was stranded on 436 at Hanging moss road in the lunch rush traffic. It was very nerve wrecking, praying that someone wouldn't hit me considering I was on my way to the auto repair shop from already being rear ended 2 weeks prior.... I called in a panic and dispatch had so much empathy for me, calmed me down and put me at ease and literally said they would be there in 10 minutes. And they literally were!! I was so blessed to be rescued. The price was great, better than ANY other place I called. And the towing equipment is bar none. The way they don't put have to put chains on your axle is right on!!I have their card in my car bc they're gonna be my 1 and only goto for towing service from here on out!! Thank you so much BME!!”

“My car broke down on Thanksgiving day. I called other towing companies but the wait times were between 1.5 - 2 hrs. I called JC towing and their wait time was 25 minutes. Of course, I choose them. I didn't even have to wait that long. It was less than 25 minutes. Fabian, the driver, was very helpful and friendly. He is a good person to chat with. Thanks Fabian. You are an awesome guy!”
