“I got a flat tire at 2am, in a bad part of town, with my 7 year old son asleep in the backseat . I was a little nervous because of where I was and the time it was, and was quickly reassured that they would be there in less than half of the estimated time the third party I went through had told me. A guy named Bobby literally came right away, and totally went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. I seriously cannot recommend this company more. Nobody wants to hire a tow company. But you darn sure want to hire the best you can, when you have to!”

“My Daughters car broke down as they were leaving Orlando to go home to VA the morning of Hurricane Ian. The drive belt had come off and they just had the alternator replace the day before. That garage was closed for the upcoming storm. The car was in a parking garage so it was dry and safe but no one would come out claiming that the Hurricane would make working on a car too difficult. After making at least 12 calls to other roadside services, I called Bobby and Bobby said "I will be right there!" When he got there, he quickly found that one of the pullies were lose and then reapplied the belt. My daughter and her family made it home safely before the worst part of the storm hit. Bobby then impressed me more and didn't ask for much money for his time, service and for coming in the wind and rain. This I a good mechanic and even better a good dude! "Thank you" Bobby for the help and I most highly recommend him.”

Chris instructed us to secure the vehicle on the highway and he would tow it to the service place. He kept us posted on his progress. When he dropped off the vehicle at the service place he filled the form for the mechanic on what was wrong and took pictures of the van before he left it in the parking.
