Very poor service at this location. This is the first time I encounter this kind of service at the UPS store. Went in to print a document real quick, she wouldn't allow me to email it. She wants me to sign in to my email on a public PC. I've been emailing docs to UPS for 10 years. BAD MANAGEMENT

The Independent Franchise of Nope
You ever walk into a place thinking, “Surely, it can’t be as bad as everyone says…” and then walk out thinking, “Oh. It’s worse.”
That was me — stepping into this UPS store, just a few miles from the most magical place on Earth, hoping for a little help and clarity. I’d seen the Yelp reviews. I’d heard the whispers. But I’ve also lived in Florida long enough to know: sometimes people just have a bad day.
Turns out, today was my bad day.
I came in juggling my usual batch of outgoing packages — part of my normal routine. But this time, I had one extra item. A package that had mysteriously boomeranged back to my address with a scribbled note from the driver that made about as much sense as a Disney fast pass in 2020. So I figured, while I’m already dropping off boxes, I’d ask a simple question: “Hey, what do I do about this return?”
Before I could finish my first sentence, the manager sliced the air between us with a sharp:
“I can’t help you with that!”
No “hi.” No “let me hear you out.” Just a preemptive strike on my attempt at human interaction.
Caught off guard, I tried again. Gently. I wasn’t even demanding anything. Just asking for some direction. Was this their problem? Someone else’s? What’s the play here?
“I’m an independent franchise,” she snapped.
Ah. The sacred script. The catch-all deflection. The customer service equivalent of a shrug wrapped in a lawsuit.
Thankfully, another staff member stepped in — far less grumpy, more human. He offered:
“I can help you.”
Relieved, I started explaining the weird return… until he cut me off too.
“She told you why.”
Oh. So we’re doing this.
At this point, I clarified — calmly but firmly — that I understand they’re a franchise. I understand they don’t control the UPS drivers. I even understand that it’s not their personal fault.
But I dropped the package off here. I’m here now, asking: What do I do next?
Is it really too much to ask for someone to say, “Sorry you had that experience. Here’s the number to call”?
Finally, that golden nugget appeared:
“Here’s the customer support number.”
And you know what? That’s all I needed.
That little slip of paper? That was the entire point of the conversation. Not compensation. Not revenge. Just a redirect. A path forward.
So I said, “Thank you. Genuinely — this is helpful.” And I added, as politely as I could:
“For future reference, instead of shutting people down like that, maybe just say something like, ‘I’m sorry — I wish I could help, but my hands are tied. Here’s the official UPS number.’”
It won’t fix the package. It won’t make the driver’s note make sense. But it also won’t make your store the place where locals go only once.
The manager looked at me and said, in a voice devoid of anything resembling introspection:
“Okay. I’ll take that in advisement.”
Sure you will, Brenda. Sure you will.
And that, boys and girls, is why I now drive 20 minutes out of my way to a UPS store that isn’t walking distance from my house — just for the privilege of being treated like a human being.

DO NOT GO IN THERE!
I’m a small business owner and I regularly ship my products through different UPS locations across Orlando and Kissimmee — and let me tell you, this is by far the worst UPS store I’ve ever been to.
The customer service is terrible. The staff are rude, arrogant, sarcastic, and it’s clear they silently hate their job. You walk in and feel like you’re bothering them just by existing.
As someone who depends on good shipping service for my business, I truly hope UPS considers shutting this place down. It’s not just unprofessional — it’s hostile.
Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

I live 5 mins from this location and I avoid it unless it is my last resort or only option. AVIOD THIS LOCATION unless you like being treated like you are an inconvenience and a nuisance. I have had multiple interactions with all of the employees (older woman, older man, younger girl) and they always look totally annoyed that you stepped into their store. Please don't ever ask for a piece of tape to secure the top of a box because they make you feel like you are asking for a kidney. In addition, don't try to drop off USPS Prepaid Postage Packages, they don't want them (even though you can ship items USPS). I'm required to give 1 star in order to make this post but if it could be 0.0 stars that is what I would give.

The people that work at this location are very good at letting you know how annoyed they are that you walked into their store. You can find a great selection of eye rolling, deep exhales and sarcastic remarks. If there was a competition for who could not greet, thank or help your customers, these people would definitely win the gold medal. The man and woman that work here are better suited for working in a correctional facility and have no business in customer service. They do get 5 stars for being consistent though.

Can you get any more ridiculous services than this location? I logged in to create some notes and print out, it wouldn’t let me type any words and the girl works there tried to help me for 3 minutes for nothing besides eating up all my time. And then, they charged me the money for the whole time. I asked why they told me because I logged in 🤣. I don’t know how they survive doing such poor services and always look pissed off face. Last time here.
