This has to be the worst UPS store and the owners really don’t seem to care about their many poor reviews. For two weeks their “system is down” when it comes to processing Amazon returns. This is not the first time a return has been an issue at this store for myself or my family over the years.

I have been here many many times and have always had very good service. Always fast and friendly! Very informative. I even had them tell me for international try going to USPS because it will be much cheaper. They are amazing at this location. They do not deserve 2 stars. Definitely 5 star 🌟
