“TG was the man who did the alterations for me at the Colonial store in Orlando. I called in a panic only an hour before the store closed. He was so polite and offered to rush me in to see what he could do. Not only did he take me immediately, which was a lifesaver for my event the next morning, but he also went above and beyond to make sure the patterns lined up to look its best. He was extremely friendly and his work was impeccable! I will now be coming to him for all alterations. He saved my tears and had me feeling beautiful at my event. “If only I could give Betty’s Promos Plus 10 stars. My initial order was sent and delivered promptly. Like within days of ordering. Problem was… USPS in my area is questionable, often delivering to the wrong house. After receiving my delivery confirmation, I contacted BPP to let them know. They helped me file a claim and promptly replaced my lost order. Customer service reached via email AND text to let me know one item was no longer available in the color I ordered. They gave me options, replace with another color or refund. I chose the replacement because I really wanted this item for my daughter. BPP was able to get the replacement order to me in 3-4 days…. AMAZING and still using USPS. I can’t truly express how much I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service.”

“I had a pair of old Ranger sneakers with really low mileage that the soles had started coming apart. They looked at the shoes and offered me a credit of the shoes current price. I thought that was fair. I was treated with courtesy and respect and walked out a new pair of shoes, the newest equivalent model. Very good experience. “Just tried the House-Smoked Turkey Sandwich at Meadow Snack Bar and it was fantastic! Seriously one of the biggest, manly-sized sandwiches I’ve had at Disney. Probably enough for two people to share. Loaded with what felt like a half-pound of tender smoked turkey, cranberry aioli, cheddar, and spinach, plus chips on the side. All for just $11.99 (as of June 2026)
Incredibly delicious and such a great value I almost don’t want to say it out loud in case Disney see this and raises the price! 😂

“Today we finally decided to drive into Orlando’s Harley and man I’m so happy we did ! We finally found a salesman that wasn’t a dick , sry for my foul mouth ! I ended up looping around more than once without realizing it, and by the time I checked the directory, I’d already burned through more time than planned. I’ll be using the map more intentionally on my next visit. Great deals, just be ready for a bit of wandering.”

“We are die hard J Crew fanatics! We are there all through the year, but when Fall into Christmas rolls around we have a family tradition…. We head here for Christmas pjs and tees. This year, they have a lot of prints for dog lovers and nut cracker fans. Fancy shoes and accessories for Christmas and New Year’s parties and their clearance rack does not disappoint. Staff is very helpful and this store is laid out perfect. They also have the children’s section next door to the adults in a separate area. We shopped till we dropped!”
