The worst customer service I've ever had! Everyone is incredibly rude. During a phone conversation I was even hung up on, on two occasion. They also refused to let me speak to the manager. Do not give them your business. You will regret working with them! I would give them zero stars if I could.

The Labelle Ford service department has really been sadly on a downhill road. We purchased a Ford Explorer and the first 12-18 months they were outstanding. I planned on buying a new F150 from them, BUT have decided to look for some other dealership to give my business to.
