I needed some help with having my tires inflated properly on my Chevy truck. Some \"moron\" had totally improperly inflated them before we had started a trip and we caught the error mid-trip. These people were so gracious in offering to fix the problem and didn't charge me a thing. I did, however, leave the young fellow that did the work a nice trip. The service advisor also gave me some good advice on finding a car wash in town. (There isn't one.)

I drove 4 1/2 hours to look at a truck at this dealership. I called a week in advance to ask what issues the truck had and was told by two different people on two different days that their were no issues. I arrive at the dealership only to find out the truck had roughly $2500 worth of problems and they were not willing to negotiate or compensate for them. It was a complete waste of time and money.

This place is absolutely worthless. I was told when I bought my car from them that I would get free oil changes. I'm here now getting my first oil change from them and they say it is not free unless I buy a 120 dollar package of tire rotation and some other BS. I don't hear any drills so I wonder if they are even putting a new filter on it. I definitely will never return to this sub par dealership

Tried getting a quote here on a truck and never heard back. Literally gave them all the info they needed, even a quote from another dealership and they couldn't even get back to me on what they could do. Probably couldn't match or beat the price I was getting elsewhere and just too lazy to call or email me back. Go find another Ford dealership people. If they aren't getting back to me, they won't get back to you.

Tried for three days to verify a car was available that was on their website. I called over 10 times to try and find out before making the drive. EVERYTIME except for the tenth there was no answer. Online gave me another number, no answer. I've NEVER had to work so hard to give someone my money. When someone finally answered they didn't address the name of the company, just said "Hello". Then told me they sold the vehicle two days ago. Worst experience in trying to communicate with a dealer.

The worst customer service I've ever had! Everyone is incredibly rude. During a phone conversation I was even hung up on, on two occasion. They also refused to let me speak to the manager. Do not give them your business. You will regret working with them! I would give them zero stars if I could.

Took my truck in on a Friday for a repair. I was told that having it done by Monday should be no problem. Monday afternoon rolls around, hadn't heard anything so I called. Service advisor seemed to have no idea about my truck. Said the tech didn't leave any notes, leading me to believe it had actually been looked at. Long story short, it had not been looked at. Was told other trucks were in front of me. If they are in front of me Monday, they were in front of me Friday when I was told Monday wouldn't be a problem. My truck stayed at LaBelle Ford all week and no fix was found. Took my truck to another Ford dealer the following Monday morning, and it was fixed by lunch. LaBelle Ford has done nothing but go downhill since the ownership change with both sales and service. I hate not going to local businesses, but ownership is not local, so I won't feel as bad never returning to LaBelle Ford.

The Labelle Ford service department has really been sadly on a downhill road. We purchased a Ford Explorer and the first 12-18 months they were outstanding. I planned on buying a new F150 from them, BUT have decided to look for some other dealership to give my business to.

sales managers have a lousy attitude take or leave. will travel to another dealer 100 miles if have to but will never buy here again . i called HQ to complain and still waiting for a call back....

This weekend I bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from Chris Martin at LaBelle Ford. I had been looking for a specific color and had been in contact with several other local and out of state dealers. I shopped for about 2 weeks sending emails, text, and phone calls. I made a deal with a dealer on labor day weekend and drove over an hour to get there only to be disappointed when I got there. They changed the deal and didn't honor what they told me. Fast forward to the following weekend I was prepared to drive to Georgia after working out a deal with a dealer there. Last minute I found the Raptor I had been looking for on LaBelle's website. I contacted Chris Martin and explained to him the situation. I sent him pictures and details of my trade. Within an hour we had worked out a deal and I had a buyers order. I had a check sent from my credit union on Friday and drove an hour and a half over to LaBelle on Saturday. When I arrived they already had the truck detailed for me and waiting in the garage. I took it for a quick test drive and went into handle the paperwork. There was some misscomuicaiton about my tags. They ended up having to give me new tags, but didn't pass on the cost to me. They said they'd honor the exact deal we worked out. In and out within an hour. This is how the car buying expirence is supposed to be. They are an honest dealer that knows the value of customer service! When it comes time to buy my next vehicle, they will be tops on my list.
