“This was the only place in town that could align my 1974 Corvette. I tried 3 other places (one who said they could do it, kept the car overnight, then said their machine did not go back that far.) These guys did not bat an eye at it and took it in immediately. Less than an hour later I was back on the road and it runs perfectly straight down the road!One more note: While I was waiting, I over heard another customer booking their car in for service. She was running down the list of things she wanted done and said she wanted a new battery because it had been a couple of years. The service writer told her they would test it and let her know because "There is no reason to replace a perfectly good battery." Where else do you get service like that instead of money hungry people selling you stuff you don't need?”

“This was probably 4 or 5 years ago but had to replace the fuel filter on my aun'ts f150 and was going to go to another shop to have it done when I called they tried telling me it didn't have one as i was literally staring at it so gave meridith a try and they fixed it for less then the cost of the tools i would of had to buy to do it myself, really smart effective and fair pricing mechanics.Please note one thing this is true for at least 90% of the mechanics out there, they just 'replace' a broken part there a lot of extra free complimentary things that do to make the labor worth your money, that is not on your receipt that places such as tire kingdom and quick lubes will dime and nickel you to death over, so before throwing out a complaint about the price ask them what extra they did just be prepared to sit there for 3hrs or bring paper cause its gonna be a list miles long.Update. He did way to much on my car and i mean several things you can tell another mechanic didnt do the best job on he re-routed so many things i don't even know a 1/10 of what he really did but all i know is he charged me 300 dollars less then the last shop and did 10x the work. The repair was a vacuum leak and water pump, and he charged less for all that then i got charged Just for the water pump at another shop. honestly he undercharges wouldn' be a complaint but it is a fact. Ever since Fred from Bielling Retired down the road in weirsdale, not had the best luck with any shop till now, matt diffinitely on the same level in my book.”

“So I went in to have my brakes and my rotors changed, and there was a little bit of a discrepancy on pricing, where, at the expense of my confusion the store manager, Aaron took it upon himself to still honor the price that I thought I was quoted at… not only did he honor the price but as ashamed, as I am to admit this, I was extremely belligerent and rude, because I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Hindsight is always 2020 as I soon discovered that there was an error on my end, and I had to pin my tail between my legs. I must say this he (Aaron) in no way shape or form needed to do this, especially considering the fact that he had a written quote right in front of him that I had signed. However, because I was dealing with two different employees, there was just a little bit of confusion on the back-and-forth between the two of them. To be quite honest, I was absolutely shocked that somebody would go above and beyond what was necessary to fix the problem, but Aaron did that, when I would’ve kicked my own self out of the store, Not only did he fix the problem he was excellent in explaining everything to me in terms of what needed done right now, and what would need done in the not too distant future. I came from a horrible experience with a mechanic, so it was a breath of fresh air to have somebody who treated me like a human being, and not like a bag of money. If you need a great, honest, reliable, and trust worthy mechanic, this is where you need to be.”
