Had an appointment with a financial planner to withdraw my CD and he told me the wrong location. No one knew him so I left. He didn’t call me until three hours later to see where I was. Unacceptable. I will be changing banks

Plenty of people behind computers no doing much. But a line of 7 people with one teller inside to service people. Just isn’t realistic. Not the teller’s fault, just could use more staffing where it matters. Can’t act like Chase can’t afford the labor.

Thank you to Alisha our new personal banker who made it easy to set up not just our personal banking accounts but also our business accounts! We were unsure and a bit intimidated moving everything over from our previous bank but Alisha made it easy, personable and fun.
