Geek squad is worst than doctors appointments. You have an appointment at 1 however won't be attended till 2. They won't give you your online order if you forgot your driver's license even if you can provide order number or any other form of identification on your phone

The Lady Lake manager helped me out with an issue that started at the Alafiya branch - at the end end of the business day - he was patient, problem solving, empathetic and also kind and respectful with his staff. I left with the solution I needed. Awesome. I've been coming to this location for years. Great service.

Very pricey. Nearly impossible to reach a human being on the phone. Once I did, (each time) everyone was polite and professional. Change the phone screening program. It hung up on me twice.

I had some issues with my MacBook Air and wanted to get them straightened out before giving the computer to my neighbor. We called the Geek Squad around 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon and were told we could have a 6:00 appointment that same day. We went to the Best Buy in Lady Lake, FL and Colby waited on us. He was wonderful! He knew exactly what to do and answered all our questions. He said they'd put my sensitive tax data on a separate thumb drive and clean everything off it so I could give it to my neighbor. Colby was very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job representing Best Buy!

Made an appt to have my phone looked at via Apple website. Took 3 days to get an appt. When I arrived I stood in the appt line. There were 5 people in the non appt line. They checked me in and said to go to the back of the non appt line. This makes zero sense. There is a woman in this line whose appt was more than 40 minutes ago and there are people who don't have appts. It makes zero sense! I knew I should have just driven to Orlando and went to the Apple Store.

I decided to go to Gizmo Depot, Inc , To my absolute delightLovely Asian American, smart articulate told me, your phone has a type of glue over The lenses, it's not cracked does not need repair, only needed a little alcohol Pad to cleanse. What a delight & happiness,No charge. Be careful with these boysIn Best Buy, Not always the BEST !!!

We purchased 3 tvs for our new home We had Geek Squad install them for us. What a great experience. They kept us informed of delivery window and when they were on the way. They reviewed where to do installations, what heights per room and set up everything we needed to be able to sit down and watch tv. I could have set up all the apps but they were insistent on doing it for us. They cleaned up all their trash and any mess from installing tvs and mounts. Highly recommend their service.

I visited this store Thursday, Oct 20. I was in a wheelchair (temporarily) and used a store provided motorized cart. It ran out of power mid-aisle after only five minutes in the store. It would not go and I could not get help, my cell phone was not working which was why I was there. I yelled for help, a customer in the aisle did nothing. Finally I got the attention of an employee after waving my arms and calling out. I asked could he get me another cart as this one died, he said "he'd have to call an ambulance to lift me from the cart." I didn't need an ambulance, I could transfer to a new cart if he brought one. I was exasperated so I asked to use his cell to call my husband in the parking lot to bring my wheelchair. He grudgingly let me use it. THIS STORE HAS A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE! I would never visit a Best Buy again. Today I am calling the store manager.

The word clearance is on their own signs designated by the store number 1763. The cashier was a bit of an a** when he said they have no clearance area.

We made an appointment and was there before time. Got a new Samsung Galaxy tablet at a good price, paid no taxes. Items are tax free this week and next week.
