Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Lady Lake, FL Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store is pretty neat and has a nice garden section, with pretty much everything needed to inspire projects around the house and yard. Most prices are reasonable and most products are of good quality. However, the outside of the store looks tired and rundown. Customer service experiences vary. Some employees are extremely helpful, super helpful, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, outstanding, and an asset, providing exceptional customer service. Other staff can be useless and helpless with awful customer care skills, and the floor staff can be very limited, making shopping more difficult. The store also has issues with Internet service for phones.

Easy to find what I needed. Checkout was awful. Huge lines at contractors end. Regular checkout didn't know what to do. she sent me to another register after waiting in her line. She said it was to busy for her to ask for help with my order
