“Good hardware store excellent employees always help you out when you can't find something. Not crazy about them closing so early during the week and not being open on Sunday when I find on doing my home repair and need replacement parts for whatever I'm working on it forces me to go to home Depot where it's hard to get any help when you can't find something. Most employees are only no one section IE: plumbing electrical lumber ECT. That's if you can locate one, without going to customer service and asking for help. They use the intercom to ask for an employee to go to the section where I need help. Sometimes they show up sometimes it don't. It's usually at least a 3-minute wait. More wasted time. That does not happen in your store, they find you and ask if you need help, that's the way it should be, that's how it used to be, in the olden days 20 or 30 years ago. By”

“Was in the Pro lumber dept and didn't have to wait. An employee immediately approached us asking us how he could help and found what we needed. Corey and Christian quickly got the pallet down from stock. And gladly cut the wood for us. Thank you for your prompt attention and professional, friendly service! Best Home Depot in the Orlando area!”

“A HUGH shoutout to Calvin at your Lady Lake FL store about 130pm Saturday 4/4/2026! He provides extraordinary customer service, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, professional and makes things happen for your customers! He is an asset to your company and deserves special recognition and a bonus!! While we were waiting in the patio furniture area, Calvin asked if we needed any help. He patiently listened, said I’ll be right back. And he walked back to say I’ll go get it for you. He did just that and helped us load it into our truck. BIG thanks to Calvin’s initiative and action. Cannot express our gratitude for his kindness and help. Please give Calvin recognition for outstanding customer service which is rare these days.”
