“I came in with a cat I found under a trash can in my neighborhood. I came to them for advice on how to care for her. It was about 8 weeks old. They were so great at helping me find everything I needed to nurse this kitten back to health. They even gave me vouchers because she is a rescue or abandoned cat. I appreciate all the love for animals this petsmart has thank you again for everything. May God bless each and every one of you!”

“Legit farmers with deep knowledge on livestock diet. They probably saved my sheep by sharing information regarding the feed I was buying. I have goats and sheep so, sheep cant eat feed with copper and I was buying feed from Rural King that had copper, well at least small to trace amounts.
Prices were more than I'd like it to be but the quality is there.
Upon purchase the store hands will bring the bags to your vehicle.”
“David is a life saver, i saw my bird wen i got up and her band that she came with was stuck on the middle of her foot locking her toe in place after calling almost every vet in ocala and being told she couldnt be seen for atleast 2 days my wife called david and he went out of his way during house calls to meet me at the shop and remove her band the vet wanted 200$, david did it in seconds just for the birds sake and we gave 40$ to his assistant. ill use him for all my bird maintence i cant thank him enough”
“I really enjoyed both of my visits here. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about every cat I asked about, which is super helpful when trying to find a new family member. Some other places just don't take the time to get to know each animal, which is not the case here. Everything was clean and their catio is a lovely size. The adoption process itself was super simple, all said and done in less than 10 minutes, if that. I couldn't be happier with my new kitty. Frederick (now Gimli) is an AWESOME little feline and my whole family loves him!”
“I took my purebred Spanish water dog in for a clipping she did a very good job. Except on her nose she did not get it short enough but I should have said something sooner but overall I was very very pleased”

“Ray is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our dog was having allergic reactions and ear infections. The vet had him on apoquel @$75.00 month and it's not good for them. He suggested some different dog foods and we found he was allergic to chicken.Now he eats pumpkin and rabbit and is off the medication, no ear problems.I highly recommend this establishment.”

“I went here yesterday and was automatically greeted by Andrew and Daishaun which I had to learn the names of 😂😂 but I come in all the time and every time I come in the staff are very helpful and look happy to be there not only that there animals and fish selection is very very good every animal I seen was kept in a clean cozy area. Maggie is my favorite she does such a good job and it always ready to help customers.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Victor at German Shepherd puppies. Our sweet girl Luna is perfect and had a great follow up visit with our vet. She even asked where we got her. She said she is “perfect” very sociable and self confident and was so impressed with her. We would highly recommend Martha and Victor. He took the time to answer any questions we had. We have had many GSD before but welcomed any advice regarding feeding schedules , vitamins , food type , etc. Very happy !!”
