I had a good experience with most of the workers there they were really nice especially a blond girl who had tons of energy, however I got a gift item from the gift section with papers all over showing 30% off and the gift items didn’t get discounted and I noticed after I left, so I came back thinking it would be a quick fix and so did the team member helping me but she had to call for the managers help and the manager seemed very annoyed and said that it was an excused item and that’s that basically and I pointed to the section and said there are signs all over how was I supposed to know that this one item was excluded can we honor the incorrect pricing and she said to the team member asking for help, something like this… “don’t do courtesy discounts I will now, just to get this over with but don’t do this again” and was just very not friendly at all. Other than that experience the store was nice and clean and the team members were really nice and helpful.

I had such a wonderful experience and Emily was so sweet!! She helped me find the perfect outfit and was really helpful. 10/10 recommend and the staff were all so nice. :)

I ordered over a week ago and my package still hasn’t been shipped, refuse to cancel the order, say it’s non returnable even though nothing indicated that on the website. My items won’t arrive before my trip so they tell me I’m just at a loss for my money. Extremely disappointed.

I looove Francesca’s and my favorite part about it is the awesome girls that work inside that are always friendly and greet you. NOT THIS ONE! Beware… if you want to walk in and be stared at and judged be my guest. They glared at me and looked me up and down. I watched them seeing if maybe it was just me. Nope! They did it to quite a few. Elderly woman too. I specifically bought nothing and left. Rude rude rude

My daughters loved this place. They bought some rings and we spent probably 30 mins in there. Staff was very nice.

Super rude horrible costumer service the girl at the register last night needs to be retrained in customer service skills, if you're not happy with your job maybe you shouldn't work there.

My daughter loves this store! So of course she had to go in. Pretty crowded but we are at Disney Springs. They have various areas marked down an additional 35% off but I didn't see anything that I was crazy about. We didn't get anything while visiting but was nice to browse.

Store workers were very nice, and it was great to find a place with cute things for a lot cheaper than I can usually find now (many places who sell dresses like this sell for $120+ so finding this pricing at $50 per dress was relieving) Some items are better quality than others but I really like this place

First-time shopper. Some Saturday ago, I wanted a cute, warm, classy spring dress to go out with my friend and family. I was able to accomplish my dream dress with the help of Stephanie. This new employee welcomed me. She directed me toward the sale and clearance items. She even helped me with the correct size. Stephanie was professional, friendly, and helpful. Excellent choice of hiring.
