I came in with a label that printed out completely illegible. Instead of sending me home to reprint it or charging me to print a new one, Leonardo offered to let me email it to him so he could print it for free.
While juggling my two kids, I didn’t even realize I had accidentally printed an Adidas return label instead of the correct manufacturer’s label for my water cooler. Leonardo caught the mistake immediately — not once, but twice — and saved me from sending a $350 item to the wrong place.
