“Had a very difficult shipment today, out of the country. There were address issues, custom issues and while it took an hour, the staff was helpful, professional, polite and kind to my struggles to get this important package where it needed to go. Good not have asked for better service. A caveat, while waiting for an hour (not their fault), they were very busy, attentive, polite and expedited others while I was tying up a line.”
