I needed to print and bind 50 booklets full-color, same day. The manager said he could promise 25, but would try to finish all 50 by closing if possible (the store was really busy). He called-in extra help and got all of them printed and bound 3 hours early. That is great service - and they did an excellent job.

Chip & Eric were very helpful with shipping my title! I forgot to sign it and they were able to hold it for me before it was shipped
