“Must say I was a bit skeptical at first. I have shipped cars 5 times and all 5 times the experience has been subpar. HOWEVER, I used prestige recently booked via Nexxus broker and I must say my experience was a good one. Shipped my car from Pittsburg to Florida.1) I was told pick up Wednesday or Thursday. When I contacted them wed morning I was told pick up today. No call and no pick up on Wednesday despite waiting all day. Thursday AM driver contacted me 2 hours prior. Arrived promptly close enough to his ETA. Driver was Sam and he was great! Reliable honest, efficient. Documented appropriately and even gives paper work for pick up proof and link to pictures of your vehicle.2) Car was promised to be delivered Monday and arrived in good condition. We were given appropriate heads up on eta for Monday confirmation over the weekend which was nice. Car arrived promptly on Monday.3) I would 100% use them again.In the past I have had issues with timed delivery, excuses, delays, lack of paperwork or proof of pick up of car and damages. This time I used prestige and everything was mostly smooth.The only feedback I have for them was I wish I wasn’t told they’d be coming on Wednesday if they weren’t because I worked from home in an effort to be able to meet them on Wednesday and they didn’t pick up until Thursday which was was I was initially told.Thanks a bunch!
