“I adore this company! And they are legit!! I was in a real pinch. Needed to locate someone very last minute going from Massachusetts to FL. They responded to my inquiry right away. They were able to pick up my dog shortly there after and delivered her in 24 hours. Their communication to me from beginning to end was excellent! My dog arrived happy and well taken care of. I am so grateful. Great experience!”

“I found Matteo a few years ago, and ever since then he has been my go-to guy for transportation for our company. He handles transporting equipment for us from multiple states and always gets the job done in a timely manner. He is reliable, easy to work with, and communicates throughout the process. Whenever an issue comes up, Matteo always finds a way to make it happen. He's professional, dependable, and someone I know I can count on. I would highly recommend him, and he will definitely continue to have our business in the future.”

“We used Mears Connect for transportation between Orlando International Airport and our Disney resort, and it was an excellent experience both coming and going. The buses were on time, clean, and comfortable. Both drivers were polite, professional, and entertaining, which made the ride enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was not having to worry about driving, navigating unfamiliar roads, or arranging transportation during two of the most important parts of our vacation. Being able to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the roughly 30-minute ride to and from the resort took a lot of stress off our family. The return trip to the airport was especially well done. During the ride, they played a video explaining exactly where to go once we arrived at Orlando International Airport, making the entire departure process much easier. That simple addition took a load off my mind and made getting through the airport much less stressful. If you're staying at a Disney resort and don't plan on renting a car, I would absolutely recommend Mears Connect. It was reliable, comfortable, and made the beginning and end of our vacation much more relaxing.”

“I just wanted to leave southwest cargo a review. I travel all over the southern eastern and midwestern states and so far southwest has been the most helpful. The staff is helpful in any way that they can be whether that’s lending a hand to load or unload items. Using heavy equipment like forklifts to hoist or move larger cargo all the way from their customer service inside the office. The are professional and I will always choose southwest cargo first when sending equipment across the states.”

“This was our 3rd visit to Orlando but our first time using Florida Van Rentals and I was very pleased with the overall experience. From booking the rental a few months back, there was plenty of communication about what was needed and when, where, and how I would retrieve my vehicle. The price I got for a 12 passenger van was very reasonable and the customer service was always very pleasant. I also enjoyed the fact the vehicle pick-up was counter free. That is always my least favorite part of the rental process so being able to avoid the additional upselling and passive aggressive vehicle inspection of prior damages with a service rep was a welcome change. The van we received was in fair/good condition but most importantly, we got the large vehicle we needed to transport our family of 10 around town and easily accommodated our several pieces of luggage. This company even went above and beyond after our rental and returned/shipped an item to me that we left in the van. The return process was seamless and all instructions I was provided worked as expected. Will absolutely 100% use this company next time we visit Orlando. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had renting a vehicle.”

“We had a washer delivered this morning in Satellite Beach, Florida. The two delivery men were extremely professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. They are beasts. They carried the new washer up to the second floor and removed the old one quickly without touching a wall or rail. I would highly recommend this company and the two men who executed our delivery. We are very satisfied.”

“I won’t go on a rant about my experience at the Orlando bus station. Everything was ok however what really set this time apart from other visits was a lady named April. Coming from New York at 9am, I was greeted by April with a radiant smile and a delightful attitude. She helped me calm down and retrieve my bus ticket. She was polite, diligent, and attentive. By far the best customer service I’ve experienced at a transportation hub. She should be running the “Front of the house operations” at a hotel or nice restaurant. Thank you April and crew, appreciate the kindness. - John”
