Be aware of this dealership. Promises not kept, it’s the customers fault in every way. Still no tag, they haven’t paid my taxes in GA, second temp tag issued which means I still don’t have a tag for my brand new F-250. I called and got a 20 day payoff from my bank and gave them an amount OVER what it would be and they of course didn’t send it within the 20 day payoff. If I could give you 0 stars I would!!

Would not recommend. Sales guy was nice. But all they care about is getting their money and screwing you over. 4 months after getting a truck the transmission started acting up in the truck. Won’t ever buy from here again. Really disappointed with the amount of money I paid for a used truck that doesn’t even work even if it was a few years old. Can’t haul anything.

DO NOT buy your next car here! Sold a lemon to my niece and won’t help her in any way. Poor business standards. Paid $15k but needs a new transmission that will cost $18k to repair. DO BETTER Rountree Moore Ford!

Sold us a 2021 nissan kicks for 14 grand and it came with a dead transmission they didn’t tell us about. They refuse to fix the issue or contribute any money to the 18 THOUSAND it would cost to even make it run. Absolutely horrid people and they had a pre inspection that said the transmission was in perfect condition and the spark plugs were replaced. Took it in today and the spark plugs are completely eroded away and the engine needs to be replaced.

Omg! This place sold a college student a car for $15,000- turns out it needed a new transmission- for $18,000 and they will not do anything! They said not our problem. Notifying state attorney and going to use legal services on campus to see if they can help. Stay away from this place! Run!

5th and last time using this place for a company fleet account. Its been slow and inefficient before, but this time was the worst. Danielle is unprofessional. Her lack of communication makes the whole servicd department look bad. Literally my 2 tires sat for 10 hours, no response to my calls, and in the end nothing was done. The guys closing up gave me my tires back untouched and apologized but said Danielle never assigned the replacement work so I lost a day's wages and still have to get my truck taken somewhere else.

Robert A. Lee saw my car broken down on the side of the highway and fixed the issue and refused a monetary reward for doing so. He is a good man that reflects well on this company.

Paula Day this place was awesome. Emmett helped out every way that’s possible.
everyone up there very polite and helping out they made you feel like Family. They were not high pressure people to get you to buy something they listen to me and did exactly what I wanted. When other dealers gave me the runaround. They helped me with the best interest rate that was possible too. If anybody’s looking to go buy a vehicle please go see emmett at Rountree Moore Ford in Lake City Florida.

I was driving from Orlando back to Northwest Florida and On my way one of my coil packs went out. I was about 45 minutes away in Ocala and called Roundtree Moore Ford since they were one of the closest fords to me and they scheduled me a 4pm appointment. I get there and I got put with Danielle! She was an absolute life saver! She was about to leave, but when I told her I was a teacher trying to get to work in Northwest Florida, she stayed and tried her best to get me back on the road! She was able to pull some strings and helped me get back on the road in less than 2 hours! I can't say enough great things! If you ever have to come here for service, ask for Danielle!

If you need a Super Duty; Ford or Lincoln, call Emmett at Rountree Moore Ford. Super knowledgeable. Julian in F&I is very transparent and will take care of you. Do not hesitate to call Emmett today for your next vehicle. Don’t forget Emmett can also assist with any preowned vehicles at one of their stores in town. Great guy!

We recently took our Ford F150 to the service shop for its 100k service like Ford recommends. They worked on it two days. I got it back on Monday and Friday while 3 hours from home, the transmission that they just inspected went out. The Ford dealership in Tifton told us they can say the transmission oil pan was not properly put back on, but that it was leaking and had no transmission fluid. So now I’m out 3300 bucks and a truck. Didn’t like them when I bought it,(Went to Murray Ford in Starke), and now I will never step foot on that property again and will be calling Ford to file a complaint against them. Would leave 0 stars if allowed.

After finding a truck advertised online and checking for availability . Dealt with Wesley Oliver on my day to actually look at was greeted by everyone and they all got Wesley from inside as I was steered to the truck. Went for a test ride and checked out on some things I drove it home. Everyone was awesome explaining what service comes with and all so all I can say is I had a great experience will be back.

Recently purchased a 2018 Silverado 2500 duramax from the dealership the sales advisor Levi was a great help in the buying process. I work offshore and was working with him for two weeks on this truck, was able to put a deposit down to hold until I was home and they got a fifth wheel installed for me as that’s the intentions for this truck. However after the purchase was complete the destination was out of state and during the drive the front end started shaking. Brought the truck to a dealership local to the final destination and had to purchase all new tires, as the tires all had bubbles causing the truck to shake. The tires where all made in Jan/ of 2018 as the DOT on the tires are 0218. The dealership has told me they will not help recoup the tire purchase as the vehicle is sold as is, however their service team stated on the inspection the tires where in good condition even with the dry rotting obvious to the sidewalls along with the tires being almost 8 years old

I arrived to this location on 6/1/2025 via tow truck because my 2020 Ford EcoSport had the low oil pressure light come on while driving on the highway and abruptly reduced speed. We were able to get the vehicle towed to the Ford dealership. I understand the shop was closed, but there was no mention of a recall on my vehicle which I had forgotten about. A month later I was able to find the original recall letter which exactly described the in is that happened to me while driving. In my opinion, your salespeople lack integrity. They should have referred to the recall and reminded me that this was likely covered by Ford. Instead, they gave me $4K and said since it's inoperable they wouldn't be able to give me any more money.
The vehicle selection process was also not satisfactory. I asked multiple times for something similar to an Escape. They brought a Kia that was smaller than my EcoSport and an Expedition. I again asked for something similar to an Escape. All prices were removed from the vehicles. He brought up the vehicle I purchased, a Traverse. When we asked the price the sales person said he didn't know. There were no sales tags in the vehicle.
Additionally, my prior bank was not paid off so I had $416.38 drafted from my bank account which was not supposed to happen on 6/15/2025. I was reimbursed $363.43. Once again I was short changed by your business.
I received a call on 07/14/2025 (two and a half months after purchase) stating that they were just now trying to register my new vehicle in the state of Georgia and I need an emissions test which I completed within that very hour of our call. I reached out to my financial advisor on 06/27/2025 to confirm that it was being registered as my original dealer plates expired. They sent a second dealership plate that expired and I was told that management would not approve a third so I had an expired temporary tag for over a month. They sent me a registration (nearly 3 months after purchase) without a sticker or a license plate. I previously reached out to see if I needed new plates on multiple occasions and they never responded to that inquiry. The dealership kept my old plate.
My loan was also processed with my name spelled incorrectly which I pointed out during my purchase.
I feel cheated, taken advantage of, and deeply frustrated. At this point, I really hope I never have to do business with this company ever again.
