Im giving two starts for my experience not for my vehicle I love my truck but My sales person was a two star Tim! I really don’t like buying vehicles sales people give car dealerships Bad names!! why do you have to lie so much my husband was promised a key fob and a color match pen for my truck it took him a month of run around they kept saying it was on its way!! never came!! They Even gave us the wrong key for another truck just to shut us up!! (my husband works to hard for lies) so we kept calling!! So finally we got in touch with the DM about the key and the color match pen but we just got the key and never got the pen if anyone ever ask me the place where I got my truck I’ll tell them but I’ll also say don’t go there the experience was horrible I love for people to keep their word and don’t lie to me treat people how you want to be treated!!

I highly recommend Rountree-Ford, in Lake City, Florida.They have an excellent service department. Danielle Thomas in the Service Department is very knowledgeable and polite. She always sees that my vehicle is taken care of. Great place to buy a vehicle and have one serviced.!

10-27-23 still awesome and friendly staff. Only issue was had an air filter change this time and later in the day I realized that the console cover wasn't snapped back into place. Easy fix no worries.3 months ago - Service department is excellent. Friendly staff. Make sure you're taken care of.

Absolute worst car buying experience of my life. My husband found a truck he liked at Rountree-Moore Ford. We went through the whole application process, had everything set up and good to go. The truck had to be detailed, inspected and serviced due to the check engine light being on. This process started on a Thursday.Vincent (sales person) told my husband the truck would be delivered on the following Tuesday, but he would let him know if it was finished sooner and it could be picked up. Saturday morning my husband checked in, said it was finished with parts and it would be going to detail. Saturday evening he was told there was a delay, it would be Sunday. Sunday he was told the same statement. Part was delayed it still had to go to detailing but it would be done soon. Monday? Same story. I called Tuesday morning and I was given the same story: “the part was delayed, it was just getting put in, it will be going to detailing and I’ll let you know when it’s set for delivery.” I checked in Tuesday evening, same story. I called Wednesday and spoke with someone in the service department to find out what the part was and if it had in fact been delivered and installed. It was being installed that day and going straight to detailing so once again it would not be delivered on Wednesday but Vincent informed me via text he already had it scheduled for delivery Thursday. Thursday at 1:35 pm I called as I hadn’t been updated and any messages to Vincent were going unanswered. John (another sales person) told me Vincent wasn’t in that day and no delivery had been put on schedule. The truck part came in and it was being worked on and sent to detailing. At this point I let him know this is the same story I’ve been told every day, I’d be in that evening to pick up the truck between 5:00 and 5:30 or to cancel the deal. We got there at 5:15, the truck was not finished being detailed. Finally at 6:45 pm they pulled it around. I left first without inspecting the vehicle as I had to go pick up my kids an hour away where we live and we were already well behind schedule.I pulled in the driveway after my husband to discover the passenger tail light did not work. No brake light, no turn signal, no tail light, nothing. We called again. Vincent would not answer the calls or return messages at this point, John had taken over. They checked security footage and the light wasn’t working when he left. On Friday I called to check on the status of the light and if it was in. No update. Monday? No. Tuesday? No update. Wednesday? No update. I’d already checked with my normal Ford dealership and they could all get the light next day. Thursday I was told it would be the end of the next week. I told them no, that was unacceptable. They put this truck through inspection and passed it though without a working taillight. It could not be driven without the risk of a ticket or worse an accident. I let them know I would be bringing the truck back the next day (Friday) to cancel the transaction and get a truck elsewhere. I was transferred to another service department manager where he stated the light would be in on Friday (the next day). Funny how that was suddenly possible. They fixed the light upon arrival, supplied the previously nonsupplied factory door code and stated they would try to find the second set of keys. I have zero doubt I will never see those.TLDR: if you want an insane hassle, salesmen who give you the same fabricated story over and over, and an improperly inspected vehicle, then this is the place for you.

I recently purchased a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander and although the car is exceptionally nice, my complaint is with the sales man that sold me on the car. Because of a short test drive, after purchasing the car, I noticed things that needed to be addressed. The infotainment system was not working at all and the sales man was aware at the time of the test drive, and an annoying noise coming from the front end. That was discovered after the fact. The salesman has been avoiding me I can’t get into service cause he supposed to handle it. I been put on hold for more than 30 minutes without hearing from service. And I’m still on hold waiting. I’m very disappointed and feel like I’m paying almost 600 dollars a month for something that’s not right.

I have made car purchases from this dealership 2017. I am what they called a Loyal customer. Not anymore. The Service department is one of the best around. The Problem is the sale and finance departments. They call you to make a deal and when you arrive expecting toi proceed as discussed on the call. They change the game on you. The lies start. The cars are overpriced to begin with and then they try to get you to buy expensive Junk addons. The one they try to seel is called Advantage. I know because i feel for the scam on a previous purchase. "STAY AWAY" from these scam artists. I am telling everuy one i know to stay away from this dealership. The folks who knew how to treat a customer are no longer working there. G. L. wILL

It should be zero stars. I am waiting on a refund of deposit for 3 weeks now for a vehicle they could not deliver on. It's been now over 3 weeks and I keep getting "it will be there in 2 days" but that time has come and gone. Still waiting. Be warned

Danielle was very helpful and friendly. The only concern and disappointment is with ford itself. The weld on my door catch broke. The nhtsa and ford are investigating the problem. I feel that they should mandate a recall on this problem. I'm sure 346,000 owners of the 2020 and 2021 escape can't afford to replace the door.

The service department was phenomenal. They’re fast and good at communication. Bobby the beard, was very knowledgeable about recalls and very nice to work with. Probably one of the best repair experiences I have had with a car. Would highly recommend. They fixed my recalls, did my oil change and replaced my wiper blades.It was such good service. I would definitely plan to return and possibly even buy my next car there.

I took my car into Rountree Moore Ford Collision center for damage to my rear bumper, on August 22nd. The minute I walked in, everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and welcoming. Eddie came over to talk to me and explained how they needed to be able to match the paint on the car to the bumper, so I needed to drop the car off the next morning. When I dropped it off, we went over the paperwork, and he told me they would get started right away. He called for a shuttle right away, and the woman behind the desk told me to help myself to some coffee while I waited. While they had my car, they kept me informed on the progress, and even sent me a couple videos of the work they did. They checked the fluids in my car, and checked my brakes. The bumper matched the paint perfectly, and the work was great. I want to thank all involved for a job well done, and in a timely manner. I will definitely use them for service in the future. You try to take your car to get work done at this place you better be prepared!! They live up to the stereotype of a "stealership"!They attempted on me but failed. I can't imagine all of the older individuals being taken advantage of possibly. Or even my liberal friends who are a little more gullible! What a shame.I usually think to review but I just got mail from them (like I wanted to be on their mailing list) trying to bring my car in for routine maintenance lol! So instead of bringing my vehicle in which still runs just fine without that $8,000 transmission you said I needed, you can have this review instead.

In all my years of car buying, I have never experienced a more professional group of people. There was a listing issue with the car in terms of the mileage, but it was not their fault but a typing error on the carfax site. After getting over that and driving 100 miles to get to the dealership, they worked with me, and I ended up not only getting a nice car but at a great price and even better service. I have to thank Julien, my sales advisor, and his manager, John, and the finance guy, forgot his name, for making this a no pressure and great stress free experience. And they even delivered my car to me as I was not trading another vehicle. In the future, I will go to Roundtree 1st to find a car should I want another! Again, thanks to the team there, and keep up the great customer service!

I purchased my Expedition MAX from Rountree Moore Ford so, I saw it fitting to service there. What I would like to see change is the schedule appointments. If I schedule an appointment for a specific time, I don't understand why there's many vehicles ahead of me. It seems like a walk-in would have the same results.

I was extremely impressed with the dealership and it's staff. Cash Marr, the saleman I dealt with, was awesome. There was no high pressure sales and he genuinely cared about getting customers into the car of their choice. The financing specialist worked well with us and it was the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced with a dealership. We love our new car and it was worth the 120 mile drive to get the car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, not so much for the dealership itself, but for the sales people and associated staff. My 92 year old moms battery died - i couldn’t figure out how to put it in neutral- long story short- Bobby Sayer jumped in his car and drove to Mom’s house to jump it. I was then able to drive it to the dealership to get a new battery. You just don’t get service like that anymore- THANK YOU BOBBY for your above and beyond level of service!
