This is my 2nd purchase from Discount Tire. My first purchase was 5 tires and wheels mounted and balanced etc. shipped to my home and I put them on myself. I got 63,000 miles on the set of tires! All Terrain tires on a Jeep!!!
So I ordered the same tires this time. But I'm older now so had them shipped to the store in Winter Haven, FL. Called and made my appointment. Showed up and they were so busy but my appointment was kept on time!
A small little hiccup on the spare tire to go on the back of the Jeep, but a wonderful young man, Cyle took good customer service to a higher level!!!! Cyle went way above my expectations and long story short, my wife's car will need tires next year and I'll be giving Cyle a call to take care of them for me. By far the best customer service I've ever experienced!!! Cyle at Winter Haven Discount Tire! I'm a customer for Life!!!

“I have been going here for years. Went in on Saturday for a nail in the tire. Purchased a used tire. Discussed the price and availability of 2 new tires. He gave me the price and said tires could be there by Monday. I also inquired about the price of an oilchange. Was quoted $30 if I provided my own oil. Since I am handicapped, I told him I would prefer they got the oil. He acknowledged me and I left. I got there approximately 10:00am on Monday. Neither the tires or oil had been ordered. They called me at 3:00pm and told me that everything was there i went down there and got what I needed. I still would recommend them and will go back myself.”

“The team at Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven went far and above any expectations and service I have ever received from a Dealership. I didn't think it was going to be possible to get into a brand-new Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid due to my credit and Chico in the Finance office made it happen with minimum money down. There was no mark up on MSRP which most dealerships are marking these trucks up 8-10K due to the demand. I got the welcome call from the finance company today and I love the truck very much as well as the 43 mpg. I also delt with a sales rep named Manuel and he was really great and professional. “My work vehicle which is a Ford Transit 250 Cargo van had a few issues going on with uneven ware on the tires, a humming noise while driving, a emission error code for the check engine light, and noticeable oil under the engine. Due to the nature of my business it has been hard to find a shop that would accommodate my schedule and also to have a bay large enough to fit the truck. The folks at Professional Blessing and Tire Corp were flexible and work with my schedule. I dropped off the vehicle and they promptly accurately diagnosed all the issues the truck had, also recommend other maintenance that the truck needed due to millage, Once approved they started to work on the truck and had it ready for me by the estimated completion date. 100% transparency with all removed parts to show for work performed. “Came here because I had a leak in my front tire, the guy that was doing the tire work outside was EXTREMELY nice and professional. Awesome genuine guy that has great customer service. Found out the leak was from a nail and it punctured the sidewall, I wanted a used tire since it's not safe to patch that area.They didn't have my tire size and offered to get one, but I went somewhere else. I offered to pay but they wouldn't take my money and said it was fine.If I ever need anything else, I will refer to this location.”
