The car we rented was great but I had to just sit there and wait for 20mins while the staff opened up the place later than my reservation time. I called the customer service number and they actually asked me to wait 30mins and call them again if the staff still didn't show up. Not a very big fan of those who waste my time.

I made a last minute rental on a Saturday afternoon. They were absolutely accommodating. I needed to drop the car off in Daytona and they contacted that location and set it up. Nothing but professional. I would absolutely rent from them again.

Received a rental car I wasn’t happy with from another Avis. Drove straight here and they exchanged the car for an upgrade with minimal charge. Very much appreciate their service and help.
