Unbelievable!!! This branch of Chase is the worst!!! Can you imagine a bank that doesn't receive coins... Money is money right ? it's like going to the mechanic and they don't have tools to fix your car... it's worthless.Some of the tellers are lazy and don't want to attend the costumers... They are too busy chatting with other coworkers...They should advertise "Only checks, bills, and online transfers" Awful bank.Please put your money somewhere else!!!!???

Do not do business at this branch, Gloria was unwilling to do her job unless we sent an email requesting an appointment. Why can't I just schedule one in person? This world has gone crazy.

I arrived to the office at lake Mary by 4:06 pm to open an account but they said that the manager was not there and it will take more than an hour. It’s unacceptable the people don’t give a solution. The think we still are in pandemic. The don’t care about customers.

This is the rudest bank. I've got a company account here, and it was 5 min before closing. They already had the doors locked, and she let customers out, and I asked if I could get some blank checks for my company . She basically slammed the door closed, almost hitting my foot.This manager needs to be fired. I'll be removing all my personal and business accounts to another bank.

Horrible experience told to wait never spoken to again. No one and I mean no one in this branch takes their jobs as customer service seriously. Watched them send out anyone who needed service. Shame on you

Chased banked a cheque but incorrectly inputted an account number for an existing customer. The incorrect number turned out to be my son's account. When we saw a cheque withdrawal for over $4,500 we visited this branch. The employee replaced his account number without finding out why this cheque was, incorrectly, coming out of my son's account. He now cannot access his money all because Chase made an error! Shockingly bad customer service and no ownership from Chase regarding its mistake. Never mind, he's only a customer. Does any bank in Florida know how to spell customer service let alone provide it? ???

Like many other comments from other folks, the staff at this location leaves much to be desired. Rude, dismissive, and can't be bothered attitude. I don't know if Chase just needs to pay their folks more, or if they have given up finding quality humans, but I wouldn't let these folks talk to my toad. Even he has a better attitude.

I have been a long-time Chase customer and have never had an issue at any of their locations. Chase is a great bank to do business with. I have been a client of Chase since they acquired Washington Mutual. I have never had an issue. This location was what I have come to expect from Chase. The friendly and professional staff were very helpful. This was indeed a positive experience.

The customer service at this branch, and especially Gloria Figueroa’s attitude is almost as bad as the Jacob’s in the Altamonte branch.These people really are just in retail banking, not customer service or actual banking.The coffee can in my kitchen is looking so much better every time I have to deal with these clowns.

I stopped by the local branch because I was unable to get my concerns resolved through the 800 number. A representative named Rachel was extremely pleasant and able to address my concerns promptly. She is an asset to Chase!

Chase has gone downhill but the ATM situation is beyond ridiculous, especially at this location. The drive thru ATM has been out of order for months and now the ATM inside is out of order! I’ve had to wait in line outside with a crying baby in and out of the car seat just to use the ATM (when it’s working of course). Customers don’t need more tellers, we need a working ATM! How does a major corporation run such a disastrous business location… it’s truly mind blowing. In the process of closing my account, what a relief that’ll be.

I regret trusting chase to do business with they are scammers the branch located in lakemary fl on lakemary blvd atms has been down in drive through and in the lobby i had no choice but to go next door to pnc to withdraw cash in which I was charged from pnc and chase when I called to complain the representative read me bank policies ignored my concerns and ask is there anything else she can help with what a big joke there getting rich off unnecessary fees when all they had to do is fix their atms mind you the atm in drive through has been down for months
