As to Chase bank, very satisfied. As to their investment services through JP Morgan, very disappointing. Service was poor, etc.

Went to see about opening new accounts. Spoke with Michael he was very helpful and explained everything and answered our questions ranging from high yield accounts which they don’t have but do have good CD accounts to business accounts. Was a great experience and would recommend.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise from the last time I went into a brick and mortar Chase branch. So professional, so customer oriented, and a Teller who was sincerely interested in helping account holders.
