I like that I don't have to think about what I'm going to do at the gym and I feel like I get a good mix of different muscle groups used. The variety every time I go is nice as well. I've been going for almost a full year now, and I have not yet had a repeated workout.

The look of a girl who just participated in her very first High-intensity class at Grind. What a way to start the day!!! Great total body workout! Background: I used to do orange theory for a few years and I run often; I took a class here a few days ago and it was a great experience! Great and effective HIIT type workout that really works the whole body. Will definitely go back once later classes become available!
