“As a first time home buyer all I can say is Eric Putt and his team is the Absolute BEST! I've heard so many horror stories about the home buying process and how stressful, draining and nerve racking it can be. This was NOT our experience! The hardest part was filling out the initial stuff out online and that wasn't even difficult. I called Eric on Dec 7th and we closed on Dec 29th!
