“Shakyma in Collections was the most helpful person I have ever spoken with on a customer service phone call. I was quite upset when I called and she was able to explain everything that had occurred with my acct. and what had not been explained to me in the initial application for the credit card, she researched the history in the acct. as to when the issue began and then even offered to do more by speaking with another dept. to see if there could be something else done, she also offered to explain the situation to the new person so I would not have to go through the entire explanation again. When she did all this she said that it was because she did not want them to lose me as a customer,that in itself is not a statement that I have heard in a long time.I believe this young lady will go far in whatever endeavors she decides to do with her jobs and I hope in current employers know they have a true one in a million employee.”

“I've had a checking account with Centennial Bank for several years now and have been very happy with the in-person service provided by Teresa, Jennifer, and Debbie in the Lake Mary branch.Their Diamond Checking is an exceptional account for seniors (50+). They also have an excellent VIP Student Checking account for students age 18-25. Neither of those accounts has a monthly fee. Their Freedom Checking account is another good option (if you don't qualify for the above two) as it has no monthly fee, as long as you opt for estatements.This branch is conveniently located (near Rinehart and H.E.Thomas Jr. Parkway) and also has reasonably priced safe deposit boxes.One minor downside to Centennial, however, is their online banking, in that if you don't log into your online account frequently enough (e.g., at least once every 30 days), they will lock out your online access, in which case you have to call customer service (every time that happens) to have it unlocked.”
