They have a drive through that also includes an ATM. The ATM is horrible for those in small cars but you can use other ATMs without fees.”

Five stars! I stopped by the Fifth Third Lake Mary branch this past Saturday for the first time, and I have to say, Jessy Meppurathu absolutely made my day. When I walked in, she was busy helping out at the teller line. However, she noticed right away that my situation required a more involved conversation, and she smoothly transitioned me right into her office so we could sit down and sort things out.
What really blew me away was how incredibly sweet she was with my young son. Without me even asking, she printed out some Super Mario Brothers coloring pages and handed him a pack of crayons. It was such a thoughtful, personal gesture that kept him happily entertained without needing to stare at a screen, which let us focus completely on getting my banking handled.
During my visit, we were trying to figure out why my professional title shows up on my credit cards but not my debit cards. Jessy really dug into the issue alongside me. We ultimately figured out that it comes down to how strict the federal compliance rules are for debit accounts tying directly to your legal ID, whereas credit card systems have a bit more flexibility for printing titles. It was so refreshing to finally get a clear, honest answer on that, and I know her willingness to investigate it with me will absolutely help other folks down the road.
I love that Fifth Third gives you that warm, local community bank feel while still offering all the robust perks of a massive national bank.
