“Living in Deltona for 2 years now. My mail carrier is awesome. I shop online a lot. He always delivers my stuff with a smile. He even made sure to give me a little grief when my team lost the Superbowl lol. It was hilarious! Never had an issue sending or receiving anything. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. This is the least I could do to help that situation. I'll be going today to mail a package with a label on it already. I'll be out of there in 2 minutes as I don't need to wait in a line or talk to anyone. Learn how the mail system works and it's amazingly simple ?”

“I came here on two separate occasions due to my fault. I input the wrong address. On day one 8/7 Jorge was able to retrieve my package for next day pickup. On 8/8 Carlos was able to pin point my second package and escalate it up the proper channels. Chris verified and went out of his way to ensure I got the package. He personally handed my package. Helpful staff and efficient post office. Always clean as well!”
“Jose the postal worker at this location is the BEST! Me and my husband are moving half way across the country and we had so much trouble figuring out how to ship our mattress without it costing a fortune. We are so glad we came when Jose was working that day. His positive attitude and willingness to help us, really helped reduce our stress with our situation. “I know experiences are individual and post offices keep strict hours, as they should IMHO. My experience on a Monday afternoon was better than expected. They were polite and helpful determining my best option to send a package. Even made a little small talk while working. I’m sure it gets busy at times but the people working here seem to be very kind and helpful.”
