“I came here on two separate occasions due to my fault. I input the wrong address. On day one 8/7 Jorge was able to retrieve my package for next day pickup. On 8/8 Carlos was able to pin point my second package and escalate it up the proper channels. Chris verified and went out of his way to ensure I got the package. He personally handed my package. Helpful staff and efficient post office. Always clean as well!”
“Never thought I would miss a post office when I move but I do about this one. Always kept clean, friendly staffs and convenient with the electronic machine that seldom breaks down. Oftentimes they open earlier just so people don’t have to wait up, really caring.”

Massive thanks to Kevin for his outstanding help on September 5th. We were shipping a fragile, handmade epoxy table to Texas in a homemade box and were concerned about cost.
Kevin was fantastic. He proactively weighed our package to compare pricing, proving that our DIY box was the most affordable option. He was knowledgeable, patient, and offered valuable advice for future shipments.
His service went above and beyond. We are so grateful and will absolutely be returning customers because of him!”
“My package had accidentally gotten delivered to the wrong place and I went up to the post office to see what they could do and within not even 2 hours my package was delivered to my house !! The staff went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough :) Wonderful service and workers !!”
“Yesterday, on July 10th around 2pm I went here really upset and crying because the important and time sensitive package i was expecting was shown delivered but it was nowhere to be found.
The kind woman, who was standing on the right side in front of me (unfortunately, i didn't get her name) was very emphatetic, reassuring and she went above and beyond to solve this issue for me. She was very patient with me, as I am not a local and English isn't my first language, and she took time explaining the steps and she took quick action so that I can get my package. Today in the morning I received a voice message, and around 1pm today I got my package. The kind woman solved the issue within 24 hours! I am sure if it wasn't for her my package would still be missing. I really hope she will be rewarded as an employee as she turned and awful situation to be a wonderful one! Thank you so much!”

On Monday 04/28, I went in to the Post Office on locating the Package. I’m Sorry I didn’t get Names. But the Customer Service Rep, and the Manager both went out of their way to assist me. And I received my package Today.

“Just had to come write a review on the top notch service I received. Normally the post office can be a place I dread going to, but my guy Victor really made it so smooth! I was trying to drop off some textbooks I was reselling, but ran into issues with my packaging label and boxes. Victor helped me choose the right box and even spent
time helping me unpackage all my textbooks and repack them into the correct box. He taped it with care and made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger. What a guy! Great service.”
“Jose the postal worker at this location is the BEST! Me and my husband are moving half way across the country and we had so much trouble figuring out how to ship our mattress without it costing a fortune. We are so glad we came when Jose was working that day. His positive attitude and willingness to help us, really helped reduce our stress with our situation. “I have frequent this location for the past 10 years that I have been in this community. As I have stood in line and even while I was at the clerk's window, I have never been mistreated or disrespected by any of the employees there. I would like to thank them for continuing to give the excellent service that I have seen them give through the years!!!”
“I know most of the reviews here are from people who had a bad experience and were upset - and I am sure things happen, but I have been very very happy with the service I have received here over the past 4 years. I have gone to other post offices and it has been awful. This one, the associates have always been patient knowledgeable and helpful, service has been prompt, and it is SUCH a blessing to have low cost mail options available - fed ex and UPS prices are INSANE right now and I have had multiple poor experiences with both, fed ex especially. So yes, problems do happen with mail and it’s a big system. Overall however this is my favorite post office to go to, they really are working to do their best and I have had very good experiences here .”
