Only one register opened and we have like 7 people waiting on lane.It seems like they don't care customer are waiting more than 15 minutes.Probably I will not stop by on this location again. Good luck to them

I had a problem with some money in a bank. A different bank. And I went in truist lake Mary branch. And all the workers were very helpful beyond their work duties. But the manager of this branch went above and beyond. She spent two days, being transferred to many people from a different bank. She was on the phone over two hours (I was therel. We even stayed late after the bank closed and she kept on. I went home and at night she called me and indicated she fixed the problem. I give her 10 stars she deserves a promotion

It's a chain bank that meets expectations for the services needed. They don't have enough tellers during rush periods like lunch and closing consistently. But it's conveniently located off main road.

Tried to dispute a charge on my credit card. Was on hold over 40 minutes. The woman I spoke with was rude from the moment she got on the line. Continued to act annoyed she had to help me. Deep sighs and general rude behavior. When I addressed her attitude she hung up on me. Was unable to complete dispute. This is THE WORST.Most credit card companies can initiate disputes online instead of deal with rude people that don't want to help.

Lynn Higley is very unprofessional, unclear, never gives concrete answers, doesn’t believe in timelines in closing a house. Brings emotion into our deal. If you need updates you have to call her. If she needs Information from you she won’t tell you until YOU call her. At the beginning they don’t tell you everything they need so every other day they need you to take off work to get info to send them. My intent for writing this review is to inform the consumers that they need to go somewhere else - So that they don’t lose thousands of dollars like me. We will be taking legal action. Thanks for nothing truist.

Everytime I come in there is always a problem, whether waiting in long lines, cashing bonds, or just making a standard deposit. I hear alot of "you need an appointment" or "sorry were short staffed". No wonder banks are failing.

Went to Bank have my ID and went to teller to withdraw from our commercial account.the teller tells me that my ID does not Match .I open this account with my wife .been at this Bank there all ways problems at this location.the teller did not ask for a second ID .This is Me and my wife Account and have a problem of withdraw our own money out of our account.i will soon change Banks very soon .

With good reason this branch has such a low rating. I make very simple transactions here but you'd think I was asking for the sun, moon and stars. A withdrawal from my account can easily take 20 to 25 minutes. Today there was a male and 2 females behind me in line. We were all discussing how ridiculously slow this branch is. The one female said it's even worse in the drive through. While taking her dear time, the teller I had did a transactions at the drive through while I waited for my money. There was another teller at the drive through who could have taken the transactions because she had no customers. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 miles to another Truist. These people are ridiculous at this branch.

They routinely close the drive through teller lanes before stated hours. This is a problem for me, because I stopped using their ATM for deposits after hours when their machine took my deposit, then completely shut down without a reciept and it took me 3 months of arbitration to get it back.... and I only got it back because I threatened a police report when they told me they did not have my deposit. I think it's time to change banks, and I would not recommend this location, at the very least.
