“Perfect full service grocery store and pharmacy with extensive bakery, delicatessen and floral department. There is a drive thru pharmacy for services without needing to go into the store. The customer service department is always helpful and staffed appropriately with kind and knowledgeable employees. I've been there about 5 times in 3 days and so various times of day. Everyone is friendly and very willing to assist customers, especially anyone who needs special assistance. They offer online purchasing and delivery.
Five star store for this very special and beautiful community.”
“I have never cared particularly for Winn Dixie stores, but we have moved to a small community of Lake Panasoffkee which doesn't even have a super market, and the closest one is this Winn Dixie in Bushnell. And we really like it. Very good meat counter with a large selection,. We love steak and this is the first Winn Dixie store that I have ever been too that has a nice selection of steak. Yum. Many check out lines open too, which is a plus!!! Nice cashier's, fairly clean. All around good experience!!”

“As stated in reviews for other Publix locations, I like them as a chain. I like the colors, decor, and lighting, as opposed to Save A Lot which is dreadful. Publix is always clean and well- stocked. The staff are all cordial. So they must be well managed as these things were true at this location, as they are at Magnolia or Lake Deaton. This one is near the crazy busy Lowe's, so convenient if you are going there.”

“I have one BIG complaint.
A young Asian man whom I have never seen there before. Thought he knew what he was doing with the photo kiosk and messed up the whole system by unplugging and plugging in the wrong wires and almost broke my phone trying to plug it in. I have used this photo kiosk multiple times and even helped others to use it. When I tried to explain he had the wrong wires, he pushed me and grabbed the right wires from my hands. When my husband returned to try to do it with Bluetooth, the young man had placed all different wires into all different plugs. Leaving the photo machine unless. Please advise your people if the machine isn't working, to leave a note on it and call a photo tec in to fix it and not try and fix themselves. Also, please tell your employees we are not all old and incapable of showing how it can be done.”
“The staff seems to be always multitasking with mutliple customers, on the work phone not the one used to speak to us, while waiting on us in drive thru. They close really early in the day which is not accommodating to me. I work days but cant always get there before they close especially on weekends.”

“I used to get my medications from the CVS in Bushnell but eventually transferred over here (When it was named Benzer Pharmacy), and I'm so happy I did. Everyone is always super friendly, never have to sit and wait for your medicine (or at least I never have). They even helped me out when I was out of town by sending me one of my prescriptions, for that alone I cannot thank them enough. Definitely one of the best pharmacies to go to in Lake Pan.P.S. Happy New Year to all of you”
