“As stated in reviews for other Publix locations, I like them as a chain. I like the colors, decor, and lighting, as opposed to Save A Lot which is dreadful. Publix is always clean and well- stocked. The staff are all cordial. So they must be well managed as these things were true at this location, as they are at Magnolia or Lake Deaton. This one is near the crazy busy Lowe's, so convenient if you are going there.”

“I’m shocked to see bad reviews for this pharmacy. Possibly because they are one and two years old. I have NEVER had a bad experience at the neighborhood pharmacy on Heald Way. In fact I transferred everything from Walgreens who always made you feel like they were doing you a favor!! The staff at this Walmart are exceptional with customer service!!!”

“The staff at this Publix pharmacy is super friendly. When I went in tonight, Zach knew who I was before I gave him my name. I guess I'm there too often?? lol He went above and beyond tonight. I was picking up two prescriptions, but I didn't realize one of them that was always free was no longer free. I didn't have the money for both prescriptions and he went online and found a coupon for me, which brought it down to where I could get both prescriptions. He didn't have to do that, but he did. I appreciate you Zach!! Thank you!”

“I came here for Pfizer vaccine. Made appointment on line. When I came to the store there was a lady at the door to check me in and direct me to the vaccination area. I was taken in immediately and lady gave me my shot it was painless. I sat in the wating area 15 minutes. What impressed me was they had a young lady observing the people in the area looking for side effects. They are a well oiled machine here”

“I popped by in the afternoon for a flu vaccination. I had thought to call ahead and make an appointment but where is the adventure in that? Last winter I was struck by both the flu and bronchitis and quickly came to the conclusion that experiencing a second act would not be wise. This year I would heed the advice of others and vaccinate. But what would this process be like? As it happens the pharmacist asks that you fill out a short questionnaire. There might be a bit more to it if you are not in their computer system but I have been a Walgreens patron for some time. The wait time between completing the form and getting the shot was less than five minutes. I would consider the pharmacy to have been low to moderately busy. The counter never without a customer while the drive-thru was buzzing with activity. Correct staffing levels are always a win. The women the vaccination was swift and the injection relatively (mostly relatively) painless. I should have paid better attention but I would guess that it was around twelve minutes from arrival to departure. An excellent and positive experience.”
