They said this Walgreens could fill the prescription. I called this Walgreens, and they were very polite on the phone and had my prescription done promply.

“Love Publix pharmacies. My physician called in my scripts and the store was short on one of the scripts. Knowing that I needed the script, the Deaton store contacted the Publix pharmacy down the street and confirmed they had my scripts in stock and transferred the order so that I may receive both scripts this evening. I didn’t even have to ask. They offered to take on the task. Most places would have told me to wait until the next day. That’s excellent customer service. Thank you for caring and taking the time to make sure I had access to my scripts. I know how busy you all are. ❤️”

“The staff at this Publix pharmacy is super friendly. When I went in tonight, Zach knew who I was before I gave him my name. I guess I'm there too often?? lol He went above and beyond tonight. I was picking up two prescriptions, but I didn't realize one of them that was always free was no longer free. I didn't have the money for both prescriptions and he went online and found a coupon for me, which brought it down to where I could get both prescriptions. He didn't have to do that, but he did. “May 2, Friday. I had an insurance problem and Amy went well above and beyond to help. She solved the problem quickly and efficiently. The entire team now numbered 7 during my visit. They were pleasant, fast and efficient.. Walmart has upped the quality and raised the bar significantly. Kudos.”

“I had dropped off a list of 11 prescriptions yesterday - all to be refilled in the next 3 months - 4 were due immediately. The four due were filled within 24 hours; I am very grateful. Today, I was greeted by Kaleigh (?) with 3 Rx ready - she told me they were short of pills required on the last one. After I told her I was out, she had the pharmacist give me what they had. Kaleigh then took my information for secondary insurance and got it into the system; bring my cost to $0. Kaleigh should be complimented for going the extra mile in taking care of my needs. Everything always goes well at Walgreens. Prescriptions are ready when promised and associates help locating products.”

“I am in the Villages for 2 months. I called the Walgreens on Bella Cruz today and the woman who helped me was incredibly helpful transferring my prescriptions from up north, to the Villages. In addition, I changed my prescription drug plan in Dec., and she was able to pull the new drug plan and my Medicare info up on her computer. I called at 3:30 and she told me I could pick my prescription up THIS afternoon! I was worried when I picked up the phone to transfer my meds and edit my drug plan, but I hung up the phone 100% happy and relieved. This lady knows what she's doing. The wait time to get through to the pharmacist was long, but well worth it. Grab a book or play a game on your phone while you wait. January is the busiest month for pharmacies cause of all the Medicare changes. Be patient. These folks are good.”

She was handling my request at the drive-through and then just mentioned it’s time for your Covid. would you like to come in and get it? There’s nobody here right now. You wouldn’t have to wait and I took her up on it and I went inside and got the Covid test lickety split and that’s the kind of store I want to be affiliated with.”
