“I purchased a large rainfall shower head from here over five years ago. I had no receipt, but went in to talk about my options, not expecting they were responsible for the problem or really expecting much compensation. I spoke with Sam, who looked up my purchase. Before I knew it, he had gone in back and came out with the replacement, sent me home with it and told me to return old one when I changed it out and had time to drop it off. When I did that I noticed the 18” chrome drop was corroded around the threads. Sam replaced that as well free of charge and without any hassle. His company went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined. A first class company to say the least. Won’t be going anywhere else to purchase anything.”

“I worked with a few people as our kitchen was being remodeled. The installation went very well. The team was professional and very careful with the pieces. We were pleased with the outcome! We had a small chip (our fault) and we were so worried! Jenny came out right away and remedied the issue. You can't see it anymore! Most recently, I called her to ask about the caulking around the drop in sink. I felt like mildew kept showing up because it was hard to keep that small corner dry. Jenny came over with another colleague and they redid the caulking around the sink. It is perfect now, it even reduced the space that held moisture and had mildew. It is so much easier to wipe clean and it stays clean looking! Jenny is very caring and stands by her company's work. Excellent quality and workmanship!”
“I’m a little embarrassed that it’s taken me this long to write a review - we finished our bathroom a year ago and Bonnie Tile definitely deserves 5-stars all the way! They were kind and communicative and made the whole process really easy. The install looks amazing. But more impressive than that, they went above and beyond after it was discovered that our plumber installed our valves incorrectly and then ghosted us. Bonnie Tile lent their plumber to us and he saved the day. We’re definitely shopping here for our next projects.”

They still got me in and unloaded me which I’m greatly appreciative of. 53’ dry van, they unloaded me in their lot instead of having me back into a dock. Friendly people & they unload fast. “The best remodeling company we have ever worked with! From the weekly updates, to being on time and on budget it was the easiest remodel project I've ever been through (and I've done quite a few). We did a to the studs remodel of our townhome so all facets were involved and they were on top of everything. Whenever there was an issue they were quick to respond, and even AFTER the project was over they still continue to help and take care of us. I highly recommend!”
“I have only ever gone here for the books. However they have an amazing selection of new and popular books in both hardback and paperback. And they are priced extremely well. You can walk out of there with 6-8 books for the price of 1 at its regular price.
It is kind of chaotic and once people start digging through the shelves it can be a tad disorganized so make sure you take the time to move stuff around and see what you find. I have not once walked out of there empty handed.”

“UPDATE: Randi (general manager) reached out to me and invited me back into the store so she could personally show/demo the machine I was interested in. She was extremely helpful and apologetic about my experience. She was very knowledgeable about the machine and walked me through everything from setting it up/how to make a coffee/and went through all the features with me. I definitely appreciated her call and her assistance and the fact that she righted a wrong.
Only reason this has 1 star is so I can write a review. Arrived to the store with full intentions of buying a delonghi espresso machine that is exclusive to Williams Sonoma (around $1,200). They had it on display for demo, but you had to have an Associate assist. I walked up to the counter with my husband and we waited. The two ladies working the registers were checking customers out, but we weren’t acknowledged at all - not even a “we’ll be right with you.” Once the customers left, which was about 10 minutes later, we finally got someone’s attention and asked if they could assist us with the machine. She told us she didn’t know how to use it, but the other associate could. The other associate told us to wait 5 minutes while she finished gift wrapping something for a customer. No problem - however 10-15 minutes went by and she still never came around. The original associate noticed we were still waiting and blamed it on the fact there were only two of them working. We asked if she could plug it in as it seemed straight forward and we could probably figure it out (honestly I just wanted to see the user interface). She told us that they don’t let the customers use the machines because “you know.” After waiting in the store for 30 minutes and getting that as an answer we decided to leave and will not be purchasing the machine from them. Looks like someone else will be getting our money and I won’t be back.”

Phil and his installation crew were wonderful to work with. From the initial consultation to coming out to measure and the final installation was seamless and professional. No Stress.
The mirrors and glass they installed exceeded my expectations. The custom-cut glass and mirrors fit perfectly and flawless. I was particularly impressed by the precision and care the team took to ensure that every piece was installed securely and aligned perfectly. The materials they used were of high quality, giving my space a sleek, modern look.
I very much appreciate how the entire job was handled with care, making sure not to damage any surrounding fixtures or furniture.
