Your guidance made the process much easier and gave me real confidence in the final choice. The finished result looks fantastic, and I sincerely appreciate you taking time from your busy schedule to assist me personally. You truly represent the outstanding customer service Home Depot is known for.”
“We had a wonderful experience at Moon Valley. We came here to buy an indoor palm and left with many other things. We were helped by Kylie and Jackie who were phenomenal in their recommendations and customer service. Prices are very reasonable and the nursery itself it beautiful and peaceful. There are honest, hardworking people here and we will be back for that fiddle leaf in October. Thanks so much!”

“The personnel at this shop go above and beyond to help everyone very knowledgeable and very patient especially the manager miss, Lee & miss, Destiny,
I would recommend anyone and everyone with knowledge and without knowledge in the landscape world to go here.”
“Never can find anyone knowledgeable to help. Get sent to different departments, who in turn sends you to another.
Hey, the people have good attitudes and seem like they generally want to help.... they just need better management and training.
You have good people. Teach them.”

“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!! And make him an example of how your sales staff should help offer to help people .. Finishing this project and I'll be back to start another ! EJ Martinez”
“Tucked away and with plenty of parking, this is a very well stocked store. I spoke with several staff members, all of whom were very friendly and clearly answered my questions. The checkout process was especially easy, since there were clerks right there to help with any issues. So from start to finish, I had a great experience at this Home Depot, and I recommend it highly.”
“HD has kept their prices in check during inflationary era. I buy pentas, torenia, ginger and other flowers here and at HD on Northlake. Northlake location has bigger selection.”

“I had a fantastic experience in the paint department at this Home Depot. I had previously purchased a small can of custom-mixed paint at another Home Depot location, but when I went back for more, they told me they couldn't recreate the color—even though they had mixed it originally.
I decided to try this location instead, and I'm so glad I did. The associate in the paint department went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to show me just how simple it was to match the existing color and mixed a new can for me without any problems.
His knowledge, willingness to help, and excellent customer service made all the difference. I left very happy with the experience and truly appreciated the extra effort. Needless to say, this will be my go-to Home Depot from now on. Thank you for the outstanding service!”
