“Never can find anyone knowledgeable to help. Get sent to different departments, who in turn sends you to another.
Hey, the people have good attitudes and seem like they generally want to help.... they just need better management and training.
You have good people. Teach them.”

“I had a fantastic experience in the paint department at this Home Depot. I had previously purchased a small can of custom-mixed paint at another Home Depot location, but when I went back for more, they told me they couldn't recreate the color—even though they had mixed it originally.
I decided to try this location instead, and I'm so glad I did. The associate in the paint department went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to show me just how simple it was to match the existing color and mixed a new can for me without any problems.
His knowledge, willingness to help, and excellent customer service made all the difference. I left very happy with the experience and truly appreciated the extra effort. Needless to say, this will be my go-to Home Depot from now on. Thank you for the outstanding service!”
