“I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience today at Valvoline in West Palm absolutely deserves one. I’ve been going to Valvoline locations for years all across the country, and while the service has generally been fine, it’s always felt like a chore—just another errand to check off the list. Today, however, that changed completely. For the very first time, I actually enjoyed being at Valvoline, and the reason is one person: Jefferey.
From the moment I pulled in, Jefferey’s energy was magnetic. He greeted me with a smile that was more than just customer service—it was genuine, warm, and made me feel like I was more than just the next car in line. He has this rare ability to light up the space around him, and you can feel that he truly cares about people. That’s not something you can teach; that’s something special.
Throughout the oil change process, Jefferey’s enthusiasm never faded. He explained what was being done with such clarity and positivity that I found myself actually engaged in the process. Normally, I’d be impatiently waiting to leave, but today I felt present, even uplifted. He cracked a few jokes, shared positive energy, and somehow turned a routine stop into an experience that brightened my entire day.
What struck me most was how authentic he is. In a world where service interactions can often feel rushed or transactional, Jefferey’s approach is the complete opposite. He embodies kindness, passion, and a sense of joy that’s incredibly rare. It’s almost as if he views every customer interaction as an opportunity to leave someone better than he found them—and I can honestly say he did that for me.
I’ve been to many Valvolines, but after today, I will not go to another one. This location stands out because of the people inside it, and especially because of Jefferey. He is truly one of a kind—a bright light in this world who makes something as simple as an oil change feel meaningful.

“Efficiency with a smile! Today’s oil change was followed by a recommended radiator flush. When I scowled, I was quickly given proof of how absolutely nasty my radiator fluid was! My services were affordable and done quickly enough that despite the heat I did not pass out! Sundra took her time and communicated what my car needed and what was most important. My car was “second check”ed quickly and I was on my way with a smile and a coupon code and an invite to come back soon!

“What a surprising experience! I have used another Walmart tire center for a few tire installations, but this one is, by far, one of the best out there. Went in for an appointment, took my vehicle in right away, and in one hour my tires were on my vehicle. Unfortunate but happens due to system limitations, but the tires that were changed were placed on the front, when I needed them in the back, and that is where the surprise came then: the technician took my car back at once, one person took the tires, another balanced them and the same one placed them back on for a total time of maybe 25 minutes. While they were doing that, the counter person did mention what happened to the tire supervisor, as an FYI, and continued to serve other customers. I did not see anyone treated disrespectful and some of these reviews make me wonder what is expected by an automotive crew. I will go back for oil changes also, since the price cannot be beat. A special thanks to Abby, assistant manager Leon, Nick, and ALL the techs in those bays, from an ex senior manager and sales developer of 10 years at the biggest auto retailer in the USA, ending with max.”
