Went to this location… and I get pollo in general is pretty busy, however being that it is well established that pollo in general regardless of the location is usually busy, I don’t appreciate the extremely poor customer service. Being forced out of drive-through before being able to check my order. As it is they didn’t even have beans available. Just to see i ordered a chicken Caesar salad … no chicken no dressing. So essentially I paid almost 9$ for lettuce . And I did also order a family meal and again NO BEANS available . I get you don’t need a degree to work here but some common sense would be great. And getting a new order… for something they messed up even with a receipt is laughable .

This location has been horrible for years, even though the other Pollo Tropical restaurants in this area are great. Placed a mobile order and the app said it would be ready in 15min. Waited 45 min... still not ready. Then, they told me it would be another 30 min if I wanted to get the chicken that I had ordered. It literally took 1 hour to get my food after ordering. Seems like they are severely understaffed and employees are rude and unhelpful. Better to drive twenty minutes further to order from another location or eat somewhere else.

Had to wait in line 20-25 minutes and then another 15 for fresh chicken. I'm grateful for fresh chicken but didn't expect the timing.

Have gone to Pollo for years (now only visit on annual trips to the area). Seems like the food, service, and eat in areas are on a downward decline. Had the Cuban sandwich and Quesadilla. Words of advice to Pollo, stick to the Chicken

Food is constantly good across the chains. This location how ever, needs help. After waiting 30+ mins in the drive thru, after the lady at the intercom said pull around for your order. I get to the second window, and the lady working second window, refuses to give me my order. Demands I pull out of line, and walk inside the building. Let alone the fact I ordered online 30+ minutes prior. Still had to wait another 20 mins for my food to be ready while waiting inside. Once I sat down to enjoy my food at home, noticed my beans was missing, and my chicken was missing the leg. I paid $11 for the absolute worst service, and didn’t even get all that I paid for. Tried calling the 1800 only to get a voicemail. This customer service needs major improvement before I bring myself to come back. Don’t expect a call back from corporate either. Needless to say, just don’t order from this location. The many others are far more pleasant!

Great food. Extremely long wait time for lunch. I waited 20 minutes for fast food. Annoying.Vegetarian options: Rice. Beans. Veggies. Salads.Parking: Limited spots.

We were on our way home from being away on vacation, eating out 3 times per day. Hubby said, I'm gonna grab something good on the way home. He chose Pollo tropical, it's healthy and good. Well, my he ordered the chicken meal. Luckily I didn't get anything. Lo and behold. He was up all night and has had diarrhea & vomiting for 2 days. Yay, welcome home.
