When I came in, there was no line no waiting, and the Young man, who happens to be the owner greeted me at the counter. Very nice young family man, running his own family business! LOVE THAT! ??❤️ I needed front brakes for my Jeep, the price was Fair unlike the Dealership. I was offered a courtesy ride home. And when my vehicle was diagnosed they called me with the EXACT COST, Gave me a Veterans discount to boot☺️??and my brakes and rotors were complete in less than 3 hours. Jessica is so helpful and responsive - they always kept me in the loop with what was wrong with the vehicle, how long repair would take, and most importantly they gave me very accurate estimates on cost. “Family run business, and it shows (in a good way).Simply needed an alignment, and new tires if available, and on a short timetable. The mechanic (Silvio I believe) personally came out and did a brief inspection and was honest in that an alignment would be worthless without new tires (which were badly worn due to me not addressing the issue earlier), he couldn't get tires that day, but suggested several alternatives for tires and alignment if I needed that day. Was able to get tires, but not alignment, at another location. I called back at 5pm on Friday asking if they could squeeze me in, they were reluctant but after talking to the owner, they all stayed late (entire family) to accommodate my needs.They didn't have to, but their commitment to service was greatly appreciated.”
