They have been honest and accurate with the work they've done for me.Since then I've brought 3 other vehicles there for routine transmission maintenance and some minor repairs. I had neglected transmission maintenance as the manufacturer claims the fluid is good for the life of the vehicle, which was not accurate in my case. It certainly helped with rough shifting in our minivan.”

Roger explained everything that he was going to do and what additional parts that may be needed to repair my a/c. Roger was not sure if they would be needed but, he ordered the parts in case he did and I appreciated his candor. When I went to pick up my car I pleasantly surprised when the bill came in lower because the parts were not needed.
