“This could of cost me hundreds maybe a thousand dollars, but Tom is a trustworthily mechanic. Engine light came on and car was stalling out. Brought it everywhere and no one could give me a diagnostic, brought it in to Tom and he could not either. Instead of charging me whatever we tried a few small things to see if that helped. Tom could of kept charging me every time I came in but he said he did not want to waste my money. At the end it was just a censor issue that only cost $150.”

“Just picked up my car this morning. I had a CVT transmission problem and the dealership was trying to charge over 6k to replace it. Not too many people work with CVT cuz its a pretty new transmission that came out a few years ago but we found this place, not only did they know how to work with CVT but it was alot cheaper than the dealership. The original plan was to get a rebuilt transmission from the dealership and just finding someone to put it in but they told us that it would be the same price to just get a brand new one…so they got me a BRAND NEW transmission with a 18 month warranty on it. Its hard finding mechanics that dont take advantage of you, especially being a female, id deffinitely recommend. They even went the extra mile and did me a favor and checked out my radio and my driver side window that wouldnt roll down. Turns out there was nothing really wrong with the window but now it works. Ill be coming back for maintenance in the future. Thank you so much for your help.”
“This shop was recommended to me by another vendor I do business with and am very glad they did! I was in need of some brake work and was looking for a new mechanic that would perform the work professionally, efficiently, and at a fair price. I received all three and then some. I mostly dealt with the owners Orlando and his lovely wife who could not have been nicer. Upon arrival, my vehicle was taken in promptly, and after after several hours of diagnostic work and repairs, my brake issues were somewhat resolved. (Some additional work still needs to be completed.) The charges for the work that was performed were fair, and the work was performed to my satisfaction. This shop handles all kinds of automotive repairs, so if you're looking for an honest repair shop that won't gouge you on prices, this is it! I will be using them in the future as my primary automotive technicians.”

“A couple of years ago, I went to a gas station for air in my tire. The air machine didn't work. I looked across the street and saw Mike Roy auto repair. I drove across the street and asked Marcia in the office if I could get some air, as my tire was very low. She informed me that they had an air machine next to their car wash, but she had a mechanic come out with the shop air hise and fill my tires. I was so grateful. Shortly after that, I had a tire low. I brought it to Mike Roy Automotive. They plugged the hole where a screw was for only $25. Since then, I have had a few more plugs in other tires. This week, I brought my car to them for an oil change and wiper blades. The price was very reasonable. Also, Mike and Marcia are so friendly and just plain nice. They informed me I need 2 new front tires, quoted me a price, and now I am saving up some money to get that done. I love being a customer at Mike Roy Automotive!”
“So, I had a minor issue with the under area of my car (skid plate). I am from out of town and didn't know where to go. This was literally the closest place. They were closing up for the day, but offered to patch me up. Very nice, professional and helpful. I was very thankful for the guys there when my car had an emergency and I couldn't make it home.”

They told me the nail did not go through the tire, and they did not charge me anything. They even put air in all my tires.
