“10/10 I will DEFINITELY be coming back again! I have a 2016 BMW 328i xdrive — handled with care I saw this shop driving by and from a first look appearance, I was impressed. So much to pull over and do a quick Google search after doing that I was impressed with what I saw. Immediately after arriving I was greeted by the owner who did a great job at making me feel at ease. Unlike other mainstream companies (won’t mention any names!) these guys immediately made me feel right at home, they did not try to upsell me additional services that I did not need, They took their time explained to me what filters They use, They actually topped my wiper fluid off and actually put air in all my tires.”

“This team is outstanding! My mother needed some serious repairs on her automobile and they worked with me over the phone 700 miles away. They were able to find a replacement in little leadtime and their services were done in a low turn around time. Jessica, Sam, and Ritchie were so very helpful. Great group! Thank you”

“First, let me say I am deeply grateful to these mechanics. I had already taken my car to two other mechanics who were unable to repair the car properly and, from the looks of things, made the problem even worse. Having honest and trustworthy mechanics is beyond valuable in today's world. The mechanics at GT Auto, that worked on my car, Reny, JB and Jeff, are very open, honest and transparent. They took the appropriate time needed to thoroughly check the car out and find exactly what was going on. They showed me what was broken and explained what needed to be done and why. They are fantastic communicators. I was worried sick about the cost, as it was a head gasket, fan and electrical issue, but Heydis, who works in the office, did her due diligence, researching and finding the most affordable parts at a fair value. They are a great team and showed compassion and concern for my financial predicament, as well as my safety. Once the work was done, they made absolutely certain everything was in excellent working order and that the car is safe to drive, before turning it over to me. I highly recommend GT Auto Repair and cannot recommend them highly enough! If you're looking for honest, intelligent, qualified ASE Certified mechanics, with genuine expertise, look no further. GT Auto Repair, 2833 Forest Hill Blvd, WPB, FL 33406 is the place to go for excellent auto repairs and service. They definitely put your safety first and have set a very high bar for others in their field to measure up to.”

“Came here because I was pretty darn sure that I had a drain on my battery which explained why it had died recently. I "somewhat" trusted the other shop that had installed the battery so I was assuming it wasn't the battery itself. Anyway, these guys did me a huge solid, opened it up to find the drain and said they found nothing. I asked if they were totally sure and they insisted there was no drain at all that they could detect. I offered to pay them for the diagnostic BUT THEY WOULDN'T TAKE MY MONEY because they insisted they didn't do any real work. Talk about honesty.Anyway, I went back to the other shop and had them warranty that battery. After installing the new battery myself (didn't trust the other shop anymore) I haven't had a single problem with a drain. At all. Thanks B&W.”

“I recently used Atlantic Transmission in The West Palm Beach area. We were getting conflicting repair needs from several places. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and very helpful. She thoroughly explained how they would diagnose the car, and any necessary repairs. We are extremely pleased with the outcome, and will return if further issues with our A8 Audi surface.”

“Santos and Amada (hope i spelled her name right) were some of the most helpful employees I've personally ever encountered at a locally owned business. They diagnosed an issue with a brand new system i installed, took their time to explain what was wrong why it was wrong, and told me exactly what I needed to do to solve my issue. I even called back for a question I had while at home working on it and they helped me over the phone. Can't say enough good about them as people, and as a shop, Frank's is the place to go for car audio!”
