“It is rare to see a service provider that is as pleasant to deal with as Victor at 325 transmission. I have a 2009 corolla that was having obvious transmission problems. Victor took the time to test drive the car and explain to me exactly what was not working correctly. He gave me a reasonable price for a transmission rebuild and a time schedule needed for the repair. I found Victor to be honest and dependable. He provided the service required within the time he specified at the exact price agreed upon. I have since driven the car a few days and have found my transmission to be functioning exactly like when the car was new. Problem fixed! Look, nobody likes to have to spend the money required to rebuild a transmission but Victor is not the problem, he is the solution to the problem. My car was broken now it's not, it has many good miles left in it thanks to the fine craftsmanship of Victor. I am very glad to have found a person that does such quality work at a fair price. Thanks Victor, I will be back for routine maintenace on my tranny.”

“Came here to get an oil leak checked out and fixed. My vehicle was quickly diagnosed and I was actually shown where oil was leaking from. The fix was explained to me as well as all components to repair the leaks were also explained. I was also told of possible small complications that might occur during the fix. In short, everything was upfront so there were no surprises.The vehicle was repaired and returned to me pretty quickly. We had a discussion about general car maintenance and everything was great.The ONLY reason I have to give 4-stars is because I noticed the next day that my hood struts were suddenly no functioning correctly. My work schedule makes it difficult to return (during open hours) to have them problem rectified. So I ended up spending $25 and 10minutes to replace the struts myself.Short of that, the staff were very respectful, patient, and upfront. The price is slightly higher than others, but I appreciate the way business is done here. Receipt included general warranty information, which was nice.”

“Came here because I was pretty darn sure that I had a drain on my battery which explained why it had died recently. I "somewhat" trusted the other shop that had installed the battery so I was assuming it wasn't the battery itself. Anyway, these guys did me a huge solid, opened it up to find the drain and said they found nothing. I asked if they were totally sure and they insisted there was no drain at all that they could detect. I offered to pay them for the diagnostic BUT THEY WOULDN'T TAKE MY MONEY because they insisted they didn't do any real work. Talk about honesty.Anyway, I went back to the other shop and had them warranty that battery. After installing the new battery myself (didn't trust the other shop anymore) I haven't had a single problem with a drain. At all. Thanks B&W.”

“A couple of years ago, I went to a gas station for air in my tire. The air machine didn't work. I looked across the street and saw Mike Roy auto repair. I drove across the street and asked Marcia in the office if I could get some air, as my tire was very low. She informed me that they had an air machine next to their car wash, but she had a mechanic come out with the shop air hise and fill my tires. I was so grateful. Shortly after that, I had a tire low. I brought it to Mike Roy Automotive. They plugged the hole where a screw was for only $25. Since then, I have had a few more plugs in other tires. This week, I brought my car to them for an oil change and wiper blades. The price was very reasonable. Also, Mike and Marcia are so friendly and just plain nice. They informed me I need 2 new front tires, quoted me a price, and now I am saving up some money to get that done. I love being a customer at Mike Roy Automotive!”
